When she steps into the clinic, she saw her longing love was sitting with his love of life, who has lots of hope in Rani. His wife was already initiating a conversation with Rani, but Rani was still in shock to see him. Both never showed as if they knew each other. His wife spoke to Rani privately to ask a few personal questions before they signed the contract. The fertilized egg was then implanted into her uterus. Rani felt disgusted when the doctor used a silver, long, and fine tool to insert the egg while giving it a slight push. She felt sick and thought of giving up the surrogacy. His face appeared in her mind, which had consoled and calm her down. Rani was nervous before she thinks about surrogacy, but now she is thrilled to carry his baby in her tummy. She feels like the luckiest woman in the world. Sultan wanted to give a call to Rani regarding surrogacy because he feels awkward and afraid that Rani could not manage it herself. His action was stopped by an alarming call from his military camp to catch immediately the team leader, Hidaka that robs the tax money. Sultan and his team found out that it is hard to track down Hidaka as he has no permanent address, and barely people have seen him. However, lately, when Herulen was killed, they found out a disguised woman had killed him, but there was no valid evidence. It was told by a witness who had believed that the woman was sent by God. Sultan thought it was all superstitious people's beliefs, so he decided to chase after the team and track their territory down.
