Now, Sultan feels overprotective over her because she will be the surrogate mother of his child. When Rani opened the door, Rani was having cramps in her lower abdomen. She could not stand up and almost blackout. Sultan immediately brought her to the hospital. The miscarriage had happened, and Rani was sent back to her house. She felt very guilty because she could not fulfill her responsibility for her magical friend. Sultan never spoke even a word, and most importantly, his wife had no idea of what is happening.
