Put your head on my shoulder

They say you never forget your first love. It must be true after all, as I can't forget her even after all these years.  Many think that there is no such thing as 'love at first sight'. But I agree to disagree-I still remember everything about her as if it was yesterday and not years ago. Her smile, her eyes, her sweet voice is all ingrained deep in my mind. If this isn't love, then what is? "I didn't even realize that I was already missing her before she came into my life." I was riding Bus no. 96 as usual, on my way to the record studio where I worked part -time when I first saw that face. When I first saw her. A face which will become imprinted in my memory forever. My first love. Maybe it was her carefree smile, maybe it was her messy windblown hair, maybe it was her pretty face, maybe it was her brown orbs twinkling and full of life, maybe it was her beautiful voice; maybe it was just simply her- but that eventful day, I knew, deep down; that my entire world had flipped.
