I didn't know what mistake he was talking about, but I couldn't stop thinking about it.
Mia had warned me too.
She had told me to be careful with the questions I was asking, and now Konstantin was saying almost the same thing in his own way. It was beginning to scare me.
I reached the stairs and stopped for a moment, looking down at the lower floor.
What if I was doing exactly what Isabelle had done? What if I was asking questions that I wasn't supposed to ask?
