A Starian Wedding

A month later Caster said, “come on Leo we need to get you ready you are getting married today!” Leo then said, “Caster I’m coming but you need to calm down we have plenty of time.” Caster then said, “but this isn’t just any wedding this is your wedding and it’s also a royal wedding it’s not every day that one of the members of the royal family gets married.” Leo then started laughing and he said, “ok, ok I will hurry up then.” Meanwhile back at the palace Nikolai and Xenia walked into my room and yelled, “happy wedding day!” I then woke up and said, “shhh is that the right way to wake up a pregnant person?” Nikolai then said, “wait what!” Xenia then said, “your pregnant!”

I then realised what I said, and I said, “shhh be quiet I wasn’t meaning to tell you only Leo knows.” Nikolai then said, “how far along are you?” I then said, “about eight weeks.” Xenia then said, “that’s so exciting!” I then smiled and I said, “it really is.” Nikolai then said, “well we should go and get something to eat because we have a big day waiting for us.” An hour later Garett walks into the room and says, “ok have you finished breakfast and brushed your teeth?” I then laughed and said, “yes I have.” Garett then said, “that’s good now come along we need to get you into your wedding dress so I can make sure it’s perfect.” So, I followed him into the dressing room and Zoe was already waiting inside and as she saw me, she said, “good day your majesty I hope you are feeling well.”

I then said, “hi Zoe and yeah I am feeling great thanks for asking.” Garett then said, “sorry for being rude but we need to get you into your dress pronto.” A few minutes later I was in my dress and Garett said, “you look stunning now I just need to fix this little part here.” Once he was finished, he said, “now I will go and check on the groom to make sure he is ready and is looking stunning.” I then laughed and said, “don’t make him look too stunning.” Zoe then came up to me and said, “please sit down so I can start on your hair.” So, I sat down and twenty minutes later Zoe said, “you are now ready to go Hun.” I then stood up and as I turned around there was somebody new standing there. She then said, “hi my name is Star, and I am here to do your makeup.”

I then said, “it’s nice to meet you Star.” As I sat down in the chair she said, “it’s nice to meet you too your majesty.” Five minutes later she said, “you have the most beautiful features already that I only needed to put a little bit of makeup on you.” I then got up out of my chair and walked over to the mirror and I said, “omg thank you so much I look gorgeous.” She then said, “you are so welcome your majesty.” As she left, I looked back in the mirror, and I remembered just how much I missed my parents. So, I walked out of the room, and I went and grabbed my orb and walked to the temple. Once I was inside the temple I said, “mum are you there?” Suddenly she appeared and she said, “Jellybean you look so beautiful.”

With tears in my eyes I said, “thank you mum I wish you were here.” She then wiped the tears away from my eyes and she said, “I know my love I wish I could be there too as well, but I will be watching up here with all of our other family members.” I then hugged her, and I said, “mum I’m scared.” She then said, “Jellybean you are going to be a fantastic mother and I am so proud of you but now you should be getting ready to leave your wedding is starting soon.” I then said, “thank you mum and I know but first I want to see if dad and Leah have received my letter yet first.” Mum then said, “ok Jellybean I love you, but I need to go.” I then said, “I love you too.” Once she left the orb started glowing and dad and Leah’s face popped up.

Dad was sitting at the table grading his English students and he sighed and said, “I can’t believe it’s been over a year since we saw Luna, I miss her so much.” Leah then walked in, and she said, “I know darling and there’s a letter addressed to the both of us.” Dad then said, “does it say who it’s from?” Leah then said, “no and there wasn’t a return address either.” Dad then said, “that’s weird.” Leah then opened it up and started reading out loud, “Dad and Leah I know that you weren’t expecting this letter, but I knew I had to write to you. I miss you both so much that I can’t even describe it. I hope that you are both doing well, and I am so sorry I haven’t been back to see you both everything has been so hectic here.

Leo and I are both well and I should let you know that Leo and I are together and engaged now and I know that we are both young, but the heart wants what the heart wants. I have also found my biological grandmother and I have been staying with her and my uncle, his wife and his kids. Leo and I are both safe and we will see you both soon I promise with all our love Luna.” I then saw the tears running down their faces and dad said, “our little girl is engaged.” Leah then said, “and she has cousins.” Dad then said, “and most importantly both her and Leo are safe.” My orbs light then dimmed away and I wiped away the tears in my eyes and I got up and left the temple.

Once I got back to the palace Orion and Samphire came up to me and Orion then said, “there you are we were looking everywhere for you.” I then said, “I’m sorry I just wanted to talk to my mum and see my dad and Leah.” Samphire then said, “let me take your orb back into your room your majesty.” I then said, “thank you Samphire.” Orion then said, “I know that I’m not your dad but if you will have me, I would be honoured to walk you down the aisle.” I then smiled and said, “I would love you to walk me down the aisle.” So, Orion and I walked to the ceremony hall, and I waited outside the doors. A few minutes later someone came out and said, “we are ready for you, and can I just say you are looking stunning your majesty.” I then smiled and said, “thank you.” Orion then offered me his arm and we both started walking into the hall.

As soon as we were inside Leo turned around and he had the biggest smile on his face and tears of joy running down his face and I realised that I was doing the same lucky for me I was wearing waterproof mascara.

As I turned around and saw Luna, I couldn’t believe my eyes. The dress that Garett made her was the perfect Starian Stardding dress. But the thing that made me smile the most was the way she was looking at me with so much love and joy.

As I reached Leo, he wiped away my tears and held my hands and said, “you look gorgeous Dimples.” I then smiled and said, “you look handsome Speckles.” Galaxia then said, “everyone please be seated we are here today to celebrate the love between Princess Luna and her soulmate Leo. Luna in Starian tradition usually the parents of the bride would come up and give you a starlink.” She then said, “but since they can’t be here Prince Nikolai and Princess Xenia will give you your starlink.” Nikolai and Xenia both then walked up to Leo and I and Nikolai place half on the starlink onto the bottom of my left wrist and Xenia placed the other half on the top half and together they say, “Stariana starling stary Starian.” Suddenly both halves joint together.

Leo then said, “they both said join together like these soulmates are." Galaxia then said, “Love is one of the most wonderful feelings in the universe and when it is found we will do anything to keep it. Leo and Luna have both decided to say the traditional Starian vows but instead of saying it in our ancestor’s tongue they are going to say it in English.” Leo then said, “Luna we come from different stars but now they are both coming together as one today.” I then said, “Leo just like us our stars are uniting as one and will stay as one even in bad and sad times but especially in the good.” Galaxia then said Leo repeat after me I Leo Galaxy take you Princess Luna Johnson as my starina to love and hold in sickness and in health through the good and the bad for the rest of eternity.”

Leo then said, “I Leo Galaxy take you Princess Luna Johnson as my starina to love and hold in sickness and in health through the good and the bad for the rest of eternity.” Galaxia then said, “Princess Luna repeat after me I Princess Luna Johnson take you Leo Galaxy as my stardan to love and hold in sickness and in health through the good and the bad for the rest of eternity.” With tears in my eyes I then said, “I Princess Luna Johnson take you Leo Galaxy as my stardan to love and hold in sickness and in heath through the good and the bad for the rest of eternity.” Galaxia then said, “by the power invested by me by being Queen of Starian I now pronounce you as stardan and starina you my now kiss your starina.”

Leo then pulls me into him and gives me the most loving kiss he has ever given me and as we pulled away Galaxia then said, “you both now should look at your birthmarks.” As we looked at them, they started changing and once they finished it was both of our birthmarks combined. Galaxia then said, “Leo you are now seen as royalty, and it is my greatest honour to introduce for the first time ever Prince and Princess Leo and Luna Galaxy.” We both started waving to the crowd and Galaxia then said, “both of you can go and enjoy yourselves.” So, hand in hand we ran out of the ceremony room and Leo said, “I have a surprise for you, but you got to close your eyes.”

So, I closed my eyes and twenty minutes later Leo said, “you can open them now.” So, I opened my eyes, and we were in my childhood house, and I said, “Leo what are we doing here what if dad comes and checks on the house?” Leo then said, “he won’t because I checked.” I then smiled and I said, “thank you Speckles.” Leo then said, “you are very welcomed Dimples.” I then said, “so how does it feel to be a prince now?” Leo then laughed and said, “well so far it feels normal, but I guess that is going to change once we get back to the palace tomorrow.” I then laughed and said, “it will take a while to get used to being a prince.” Leo then said, “I bet also how does it feel to be starried?” I then said, “I feel lucky to be starried to you and I can’t wait to get married to you after our baby is born.”

Leo then smiled and said, “I can’t wait either and I can’t wait until we can meet and hold our little stardust.” I then smiled and said, “I can’t wait to meet them either.” Leo then said, “do, you want to go to our spot Dimples?” I then said, “is the sky blue?” Leo then laughed and together hand in hand we walked to the treehouse, and we climbed up and waiting there was blankets, pillows, a bag of clothes and a basket full of food.” I then smiled and said, “Speckles how did you set this up?” He then said, “I asked Sally if she could set this up for me and she said yes.” I then gave him a peck on the lips, and I said, “little stardust you have the most thoughtful Daddy in the universe.” Leo then smiled and said, “stardust you have the most incredible Mumma in the universe.”

I then kissed him and once we parted Leo said, “let’s eat something.” I then smiled and said, “yes please stardust and I are hungry.” Five minutes later we finished eating and I said, “Speckles do you want to see something that I have been practicing?” He then smiled and said, “of course I do.” I then closed my eyes to access my power and I then opened my eyes and raised my hands at the stars.

As Luna accessed her powers and lifted her hands to the stars, I couldn’t feel more then proud of her for how far she has come with her powers. When I looked up at the stars, I couldn’t help but smile and be impressed at how she turned the stars into a shower of shooting stars.

As I watched Leo to see his reaction, I couldn’t help but smile. He had the biggest smile on his face, and it was full of pride and amazement. Leo then said, “Dimples I am so proud of you this is the most incredible thing I have ever seen.” I then smiled and said, “do you think so?” He then said, “are you kidding of course it is because you created it.” I then gave him a quick kiss and he said, “how about we get changed into different clothes.” So, we walked into the room of the treehouse and as we were changing into our clothes my shirt was a little too small on me. Leo then saw and before he put his shirt on, he pulled my one off me and replaced it with his. I then said, “Speckles are you sure you want me to wear your shirt?”

He then said, “Dimples it looks better on you then it ever did on me.” I then started to blush, and he smiled and said, “I love you Princess Luna Galaxy.” I then smiled and said, “and I love you, Prince Leo Galaxy.” He then grabbed one of the big fluffy blankets and placed it on the ground and he sat down and pulled me down with him. He then laid down with me in his arms and wraps the other two blankets around us said, “goodnight, Dimples.” I then said, “goodnight, Speckles.”
