Return of the Medical God

"Somebody stop them!" A loud female voice rang throughout the halls of the school. People hesitantly glanced at the direction in which the child was kidnapped but were too scared to go after. Some kind hearted people called the police. The place was in chaos until a lady with short brown hair and green eyes with a Western - Easterner face rushed towards the direction of the kidnapped child. She caught up with the kidnappers and quickly followed them into their van. It was easy because the kidnappers were careless due to the fact that everyone was too scared to follow them. She quietly navigated her way through the back of the van. The two kidnappers sat in the front seat and had put the child in the back. She grabbed the child and made a plan on how to escape in her mind. The child looked up at her in silence watching her serious face. She glanced at him and paused, her heart racing. This boy looked so similar similar to her XiXi. Her eyes turned red and she hugged him. The child was confused but there was a force in his brain pushing him to hug her as well with tears in his eyes. The lady regained her composure when the van came to a halt. She shielded the child from the impact and was pushed forward and hit her back on a hard object with a loud thud. She looked at the the door as it was being opened. She shielded the child and rushed out at full speed. The kidnappers reacted a few seconds late and she managed to dash out and ran a short distance. The kidnappers quickly got into their car to chase after her. Just as they were about to reach her, she turned a corner. Before they could follow their van was surrounded by several police cars. ..... The lady escaped successfully and was taken to a private estate with the child. "Thank you so much for saving my grandson" The elegant old lady smiled with ecstasy and carried the child. "What do you want in return?" A handsome but cold man asked in an annoyance. "Shengxi! That is not how to speak to Yibao's saviour" The old woman, Li Junzi scolded her son. "I'm so sorry Miss. That's just how he is. I hope you don't mind" "Not at all miss, it's fine " She smiled awkwardly. "Such a kind soul, what's your name ,dear?"Li Junzi held her hand affectionately with a face full of smiles. ".....Laura .... Laura Smith"She smiles. "I got to go, I'm a teacher at that school and I'm kind of busy today" Laura said. "Of course! of course, I wouldn't like to keep you waiting " Li Junzi laughs. " Till we meet again, miss Laura " "Good bye Madam " Laura waves and walks away. Her eyes red from holding back tears. She looks at the pictures in her hand trembling with gritted teeth. it was a blurry photo of a beautiful lady with black hair and golden brown eyes holding a little baby girl about three months old with similar features. Laura clenches her fist thinking of the little boy from before. She looks at another photo of the same lady but The lady looked a little younger and the child was a newborn. she was lying on a cloth with the baby on her stomach with determination in her eyes. That lady.....that lady was her.... Yu Ming... ...
