I have perched myself on my balcony every night since I left Stanton. Somehow, I always find myself staring toward The Hills of The Rain. The beauty of the hill’s surface could not compare to that of her visage. Even the mountains lured me as they formed the shape of her face. The temptation to return to her was overwhelming, just the thought of catching a glimpse of her almost drove me to her.
