I was on edge today for several reasons. One, we were taking Aurelia into the city, and a bounty was still out for her.
It was a tactical move, though, so people would see she was fully marked and mated.
Hopefully, word would get back to Theodore, and he would cancel the bounty.
Aurelia was useless to him now. The only way for her to be mated off to another pack was to sever her bond with us first and to do that, Theodore would need to kill us. It wouldn't be easy, especially considering our background. All three of us were well-trained and good in combat. Going up against one of us would be challenging, but taking on all three was practically suicide.
