We were heading into the city, and I was both nervous and excited. So far, I haven't had the best experience in the supernatural realm, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I also hated being cooped up in the house all the time.
Hunter drove, Jaxson was in the passenger seat on high alert as always, and Maddox was in the back with me.
An entire security team was also following us. The guys never took risks regarding my safety, so I knew I wasn't in danger.
Jaxson and Hunter were deep in conversation about the security details of our trip when Maddox put his hand on my thigh and squeezed it.
I glanced at Maddox, who leaned next to my ear and whispered, "Do you want to fool around while they talk business?"
He wiggled his eyebrows suggestively with a giant grin on his face
