Max

My name is Max, and I am the daughter of Alpha Marcus of The Red River Pack. I have long black hair with ringlets at the end with big green eyes. With a slim but curvy figure with olive skin. I was sitting in my room when I heard a knock at my door.

Who is it?

It is Jackie, Alpha Marcus wants you to meet him in his office.

Do you know what it is about?

No sorry I do not.

So, I walked out of my room and made my way down the stairs to my father’s office. I have not done anything wrong, so I do not know what this is about. I have not been in my father’s office since my mother was alive. My mother passed away when I was only four years old. Ever since my mother past my father has wanted nothing to do with me. He made me train with the warriors and had the staff make me work around the pack house. I reached my father’s office door I took a deep breath and waited a moment before I knocked on his office door.

Come in and sit-down Max.

So, I came into his office and sat down on a big dark brown leather armchair.

I have called you in here to talk to you about the peace treaty with The Blue Moon Pack. You are to be married off to their son Sam Lightwood.

Why do I have to marry Sam father I mean Alpha Marcus.

Because I told them that you would.

Wouldn’t they be looking for a wife for there soon to be Alpha Cooper?

Cooper is waiting to find his mate and you are far from a Luna and you will never be one.

He is picking you up tomorrow morning at 8am so have your bags packed and be ready to go.

But father I do not want to marry Sam please do not make me do this.

My father walked straight up to me and back handed me across the face hard.

I walked back to my room and shut the door. I just stood there not knowing what to do. So, I walked over to my bed, sat down and cried. Before I knew it, I had cried myself to sleep. I woke up and looked at my clock it said 5.30am. I pulled myself off of my bed and walked over to my bathroom and hopped in the shower. I let the hot water wash over my body to wake me up and warm me up. I washed my body from head to toe then I washed my hair. Once I was done, I turned the water off and hopped out of the shower. I dried my body and hair. I then got dressed into a blue summer dress and white strappy sandals. I made my way back into my room and grabbed my suitcase and backpack. I then started to pack my belongings. Once I had finished packing all my belongings, I only had one small suitcase and backpack. That was all I owned. Once I was finished packing my things, I looked at my clock and it said 7.30am. so, I decided to go down to the dinning hall for breakfast. So, I made my way down the stairs to the dining hall. I walked into the dinning hall and the smell of food just made me want to be sick. I could not bring myself to eat anything so, I left the dinning hall and started walking back up to my room. Alpha Marcus called me over to him he was standing in the entry to the living room.

Max Sam is here to pick you up. So, go get your things from your room and come down to the living room.

Yes, Alpha Marcus.

So, I made my way up the stairs to my bedroom and grabbed my bed. I took one last look around my room I then walked back down the stairs and walked into the living room. I was worried and scared what was going to happened to me. As I walked into the living room, I seen my father standing there with a man. He had short blonde hair with big brown eyes that were cold and dark. He was about 6-foot-tall tan and muscular. He was not bad looking at all. At lest he was not ugly that was one bouns. But the look in his eyes was terrifying.

Max this is Sam Lightwood from The Blue Moon Pack. He is going to be your husband.

Hi.

Is that all your things.

Yes, it is.

Good now take your bags out to the car I will be there in a minute.

So, I picked up my bags and walked out the front of my house and made my way to the limousine that was parked out front. As I got to the car a man got out of the drivers sit and walked around to me to take my bags. He then put them in the boot and opened the door for me.

So, I hopped into the car and waited for a couple of minutes. Then the door opened on the other side of the car and Sam hopped in the car next to me.

Just so you know this was not my idea. My parents are making me marry you. Just so you know the minute I find my mate you are out on your ass got it.

Got it you don’t have to be so rude.

Do not dear talk to me like that. I am going to be your husband and you will do as you are told.

The rest of the trip was silent I sat there looking out the window watching the trees go by.

Every now and then I would look at Sam, but he spent the whole time just looking at his phone. It took hours to get there it felt like it was never going to arrive. Then the car started to slow down, and we pulled into a road with big iron gate with two guards that waved us through. We drove for about 15 minutes going past shops and houses. Then we slowed and turned down a long driveway and pulled up outside a huge and gorgeous castle. It was magnificent I have never seen one so big. It was made from stone with big beautiful stained-glass window. It had wing after wing and was 5 stories tall it was magnificent. The driver hopped out of the car and opened the door for me.

Sam walked straight into the house without saying a word or even looking at me. So, I walked up the stairs and in the front doors behind him. As I walked in a woman with long brown hair and big soft brown eyes walked up to me. She was beautiful and elegant and had a big smile on her face.

Hi Max, I am Luna Sarah welcome to The Blue Moon Pack.

Then a tall tan man that was very muscular build with short blond hair and blue eyes walked over.

And this is my husband Alpha Jack.

Sorry to cut the meeting short Max but we have a meeting to get to please make yourself at home and lucy here will show you up to your room. We will be back later tonight. We are having a family dinner tonight at 6pm for you to meet the whole family. We will see you then.

Then they left so I followed Lucy up to my room. We walked up tow flights of stairs and down a long hallway to my room. When we got to the door Lucy opened the door.

As I walked into the room Lucy walked out of the room and shut the door behind her. I seen my bags sitting on the floor and I looked around the room. There was a gorgeous big four post mahogany wooden for post bed with a white bed spread with gold trim. And there was a matching couch in front of a fireplace with a fluffy white rug with gold trim. A beautiful large mahogany desk and chair on one side of the room. A big mahogany wardrobe with a big mirror with matching draws on the other side. I picked up my bag and put them on the bed then walked over to the wardrobe and opened it up. It was full of beautiful dresses and shoes. I looked through them and found on will a note on it. It was from Sarah it said this is from you to wear tonight at dinner it will look great on you with the black strappy shoes. It was a low-cut royal blue dress made from silk it was gorgeous. I walked over to the mirror and held it up to myself. I would not normally wear something like this it was a bit showy for me. But if that is what, she wants me to wear then I will wear it. So, I put it back in the wardrobe and started to unpack my clothes and put them in the wardrobe and in the draws.
