"Your dad is terrifying. I don't think I have ever feared a man, or anyone, the way I fear him." Bianca said once we were alone in our room.
I couldn't help but snort.
"He was trying to intimidate you love." I told her as she walked over to our bed.
"Well it worked." She gulped.
"I'm sorry by the way, I didn't know that they were home until after you guys had left Tia's office." I told her.
"It's alright." Bianca murmured.
I looked at my mate as she sat at the edge of the bed. She was staring off out the window. It was clear she was feeling a bit skiddish, but the bond we share told me she had a whirlwind of emotions going through her.
"What did he say to you anyways?" I asked her.
