Chapter 18

I composed myself and called Aden so we can meet. One hour later he was at my door. I picked my bag and followed him out, he said we are going out and I agreed. I have to find out about this secret that they both are hiding from me. Right now we are in his Porsche Cayenne neither of us talking. I know Kaden told him that I didn´t hear anything but still he was acting like I could destroy him in a second. I needed to get to this subject but the problem is I don´t know what it is, so how am I supposed to find out. I was getting angry by every passing second. I think he noticed it, so he turned to me slightly, while watching me from corner of his eye.

“Is everything okay?”

“Yes, why wouldn´t it be.” I said little harshly that it was supposed to come out. Aden just said fine, and started with some irrelevant subject. Don´t get me wrong Aden was with me always but I hate it when people are lying to me. I´m not a kid you can say it to my face. Soon we arrived at the park, that I never been to. Firstly I looked at Aden questioningly, but he just smiled and took my hand and led me into the park, and then I changed my mind it was absolutely beautiful. Kids were running on each side, old people siting on banks talking or just admiring the beauty of the park, people looked happy and in peace while they were sitting here and doing variation of stuff. It really looked like a peace of heaven where people didn´t have any worry in the world and they were just mesmerized with their surroundings. When I looked at Aden I realised he stopped at one of the benches next to the lake. We sat down and he kept avoiding my look.

“Aden look at me!” he slowly turned to me and I think I was imagining but there was a tear in his eye.

“What is going on? You have to tell me so I can help!” He was hesitant at first. He kept opening his mouth and closing them I guess he can´t find the right word to tell me.

“There is some thing I have to tell you. I know I have to I kept them long enough from you, but you need to understand that I did it to protect you. I can´t say it now, I know it is not fair but you need to understand that it is hard for me to tell you and that I need to do it on my own. When I´m ready. “

I didn´t know what to say to this. Why can´t he tell me? What is he hiding from me? I was right this morning. Does he not understand that I will die until he tells me about this.

“You got to be joking right now with me….. fine I guess I do understand to some point, but you will have to tell me something. To what is this topic related to? Who is involved in to this? What does Kaden know about this?” when I mentioned Kaden´s name he went stiff. For some reason he looked terrified, so it has to do with him, but what about him? That is the question, and I´m not leaving him until he answers.

“Look, it is a long story, that I will tell you about but I can´t tell you right now I just can´t and you have to trust me on this one. Yes it has to do with Kaden, and the past but I need to solve something first and then everything will be clear to you. But you sleeping with Kaden won´t help.”

“What how do you know I slept with him?”

“Please it´s obvious. The tension between you two is obvious, you were attracted to him back in college. I can only imagine now.”

“We did sleep with each other, but it didn´t mean anything. We will just do this contract, and that´s it.”

“If you say so, but will you just wait with this.”

“Yes I will.” No I won´t.

“Good, now can we go and have some fun?” I nodded while I gave him a smile that I believe didn´t even reach my eyes. I will find out what this secret is no matter what. I can´t wait, and Aden should have known better, than to tell me to wait. After a very exhausting day with Aden, he drove me home and we said our goodbyes. Right now I was spread all across my bad, to lazy to do anything. After some time I realised I have to pack for tomorrow, we are leaving for the weekend with Samuel. This couldn´t come in more worse time. About 12 I was done with my packing and showering, I was really tired, but I had some work I needed to finish before we go, because I know I won´t be able to do it there. I like doing my work it is something that I never found so frustrating or tiring it was a perfect distraction for me in my life. I didn´t realise how long I was working until I saw that It wasn´t as dark outside. I picked up my phone and looked at it, it was five in the morning. Perfect I will look like a zombie there, I decided to go and get some sleep before we go. I knew I had to wake up about two so I can get ready well at least I will get my eight hour of sleep. I went to bed but no sleep was coming to me. I tried and tried to sleep but I just couldn´t, so I was just lying there frustrated. When I looked at my phone to see what time it was, it read 08:25. Well that is just amazing. Note the sarcasm. With a groan of frustration I got up and decided I will go for a run. It will take some things of my mind. Quickly I got ready and left my apartment. I ran for quite some time, when I came home it was 10:15, I took a shower and decided against breakfast because I didn´t have any appetite. It will probably be bad for. About 12 I was ready to go, but I had another four hours before Kaden came to pick me up. My head was killing me so I took some painkillers and laid down. Soon sleep took over me.

I was sitting on my bed, while I was waiting for Kaden to finish with his call, so we can go back to bed I was tired. Soon he did and he looked at me with such a look in his eyes. I knew he was up to something and I didn´t like it.

“What is it….” Before I could finish the sentence Kaden pushed me down on the bed, and was hovering over me. Our faces were inches apart, and it was doing something to me. He lowered his head and started kissing my neck. I moaned and I can feel him smirking, I hated my body for having such a reaction to him. His lips found mine and captured them in a passion kiss. That soon turned in to a make out sess. My hand were all over his body, while his hands were making their way to my breasts underneath my shirt, that was soon on the floor. Taking his tie from the floor he tide them up above my head to the headboard.

Again he was in front of my very dripping core so his fingers started to caress my folds, and spread them lightly. I moaned I needed more he was teasing me and I didn´t like it at all.

My focus was back to his face where I realised he was talking something.

“Are you even listening to me?”

“Where were you? We are late, we need to go please tell me you are ready to go!”

“I fell asleep, I didn´t sleep last night, my head was hurting so I took some painkillers and fall asleep. And yes I´m ready so we can leave I´m just going to take my bag. “

“Okay, I didn´t know, I thought something happened to you, or you forgot. Why do you look so flushed.” Hmmm maybe because you jerk didn´t let me com. He is so selfish, and why did I have that dream in the first place? I will just ignore it for the time being. I got my bag and we were off to Miami. Kaden placed my bag in the trunk and we got in. This will be a long weekend.
