Julia’s POV
“So, there has been a complication that has arisen in Harvest Moon, apparently,” Leo informs me. I gasp, worried this means that Terry is indeed in charge. “They need me there almost immediately to resolve the situation, if there is a way I can help.”
“Is Ross dead?” I ask, fearing the worst.
“No, you can rest assured that Ross is still alive,” Leo tells me, but he looks very uncomfortable. But I don’t care about that, I just want to rush to Ross’s side even though I was told not to come before tomorrow.
“Well, then, let’s go!” I say, jumping up out of my seat excited and heading straight for the door. But then I happen to look back and see that Leo hasn’t moved. “Wait, is Terry still alive? Is he the Alpha now?”
