Paul had bought a new notebook on his way back from work. The next morning, before getting ready to take Ben to sport, he ruled up some pages and wrote in the first request alongside the date.
* Wendy will change her mind.
He tapped his pen on the page. No, the request was too broad. He needed a list of mini-steps towards the overall goal. What made sense?
He jotted down:
* W. will still talk to me
* W. will agree to both of us being at Ben’s sixteenth birthday party
* For courage not to give up
* Pray twice a day for this situation
That would do for now.
