RAIN
With the bag straps firmly grasped in my hand I hesitantly step into the large room. Nothing had prepared me for seeing them again. Deep down I feel scared, fearing that they already knew the truth. I hesitantly stop a few paces past the door way my eyes scanning the room for them. Vanessa waves her hand in the air signaling me to where they sat.
For the second time, Bella is nowhere in sight causing my internal turmoil to intensify. She was never late and she couldn't be late today of all days. Sam and Leon look up too, enthusiastically joining Vanessa in gesturing me over.
