The next few days have been difficult and stressful.
Corey was always in a bad mood, and he would occasionally take it out on me, especially if our father were not around. Although I only caught him once reeking of cigarettes, there were still some days when Corey would come home late, and I couldn't do anything about it. Our father said he would deal with Corey, but I think deep down inside, he knew that he couldn't handle my brother.
He tried grounding Corey once since the whole cigarette incident, but that only made Corey meaner. He also tried giving him a smaller allowance, but we think whoever this friend of his is, is treating him with food. After that, my father basically gave up on punishing Corey.
