Hi I'm Emma I live In a beautiful pine and stone house with a deck overlooking an endless beach one lovely evening I was having a garden party but then we got the news.. that my dad was killed in a violent five alam fire in New York but his body was never found its been ten years now and im pregnant with a babygirl, but still after all this time my main mission is to find out when happened to my dad I was only nine years old when my grandfather told me my dad die it's only since my grandfather die I'm only now asking myself those questions such as why did I stop hearing from my dads side of the family since he died, it was a week before my grandfather funeral and I was sorting out his stuff I found all my old birthday card for my aunt she wrote me one every year since the believed dead of my dad but for some reason my grandfather kept them from me so I when on a hunt for the truth I kept calling my aunt I must of called her over one-hundred times over the last year but at last I got no apply so the spring after the funeral I finally had the bolls to go to Paris and see my aunt and found my dad after all this time living in a small town on the edge of paris as a transgender bisexual woman called Rosie and he left because he didn't want to live a lie anymore .she ran a magical arts school In the underworlds she was training the guardian to protect the magical caves but our story actually starts 15 years later when my great granddaughter Myla starts her training as the next guardian, Myla always like to see people as people think of them as stories their smallest pleasures their greatest joys their disappointments their successes, That's how my adoptive father would have wanted me to see them i was raised by my great grandmother as a baby of course my mother ran away without a care in the world she left me on the doorstep of the Arts School I was raised by my great grandmother for as long as she could rosie trained her in the magical arts and raised her to uphold the values and one day take over as guardian.
