“Where is Georgiana Johnson!”

Such A Mother
With her barefoot, she ran quickly through the wet grass in the forest with desperation in her eyes. Despite the repeated stung she felt due to the sharp twigs that laid on the grass, Georgiana wasn't fazed at all. Instead, she kept running frantically with her lanky arm outstretched as she aimed to grab unto the drenched cloth of her… mother. “Mother please! Don't leave us! I beg you!” she yelled pleadingly, and hoped her mother would halt in her steps, have a rethink about her actions, then return home. Then again, her mother had apparently made up her mind. Their walk through the forest ended once both Mrs. Johnson and Georgiana came considering the Pack's border. Minaj stopped in her tracks before she gazed behind to set her eyes on her ten-year-old daughter – Georgiana. Although at such a tender age, Georgiana's beauty was undeniable; she was blessed with a pair of uncommon golden yellow eyes, pale skin with a slender figure to match. Her specific pair of eyes, since rare, didn't fit in with the Pack – Georgiana and her brother were both resented because of it. Her facial features were almost surreal due to the redness of her lips, adjoined with a celestial nose. Georgiana was bewitching yet… Minaj's hate for her was immeasurable. “Mother…” came a sweet yet delighted whisper from Georgiana while she advanced closer to her. Here, they stood under the drizzling rain, but neither the chillness in the air nor the continuous rain droplets bothered Georgiana. No, all she desired was the return of her mother. She took her sudden pause as an act of reconsideration, so kept moving towards Mina. Her tiny hand reached for Mina's soaked garment yet almost Immediately a thunderous slap met with her right cheek. She yapped loudly in pain as her fragile body got hurled to a corner. Georgiana kissed the mud roughly and even bruised her elbow and knee. “Moth…” “Quiet! I am not your mother!” Minaj turned to glare… Hatefully at her. “I can't birth such an abominable creature like you. Never! Yourself and your brother are unwanted! I… can't keep living with you two!” Minaj screamed out with frustration laced in her tone. She had her head lowered to the ground and her fists balled so tightly to the extent blood failed to circulate. Minaj's body vibrated endlessly – not due to the drizzling rain, or bone chilling weather, no. The memories that currently passed coursed through her mind got her agitated. "I…knew the amount of pain, humiliation, embarrassment, curses, and scorns I received simply because of you and your worthless brother!” She shouted again, only for Georgiana to flinch. She retained her scared gaze on the woman she called mother – the disdain, hatred and resentment in Mina's eyes weren't new to her. Even though she was aware how disgusted her mother felt at her presence…she wanted love. Was that so much to ask? The cruel treatments which entailed curses, uncalled punishment and irritating glares were always overlooked by Georgiana. And why? She wanted …to be loved. “But…no… more! No more! I've had it. I'm done with everything. To hell with you, Georgiana! I'm not your mother. Get that through your freaking skull and leave me alone! Don't follow me” She barked authoritatively then turned to leave. Mina, although leaving the Crimson Moon Pack held no possession with her – it would make her departure less tasking. Again, she began walking briskly towards the border, withstanding the rain and oblivious of Georgiana, who still trailed behind. Surprisingly, a pair of hands clutched the hem of the dress from behind… firmly. “Don't leave us, mother! Please. I'm… I apologize for being a nuisance. Not only that, but I promise never to cry loudly ever again. Don't… leave me, please! Don't leave us! Don't you care about Francisco?; he's merely five” her cries were raucous, and held so much pity in them. Georgiana's eyes incessantly produced tears, yet Minaj went ahead to strike her so brutally with her right arm. Unfortunately, Georgiana landed more violently on the floor and due to how feeble she was, her consciousness began to slip away from her. Mina huffed, unconcerned, while her face portrayed so much disgust for her daughter. “Die already” she muttered callously before she continued her journey. However, Georgiana wasn't completely unconscious, since she still had her arm outstretched for Mina. “Mother…don't…leave…please” her vision got more blurry and soon, she went limp. Georgiana went unconscious with the rain slowly accelerating in its downpour. ★ ★ The bright ray of light which slipped in through the minuscule window shone specifically on her face. It resulted in her eyelids parting as she awoke to a painful headache. A grunt elicited from her lips once she sat up right on the sturdy mat she usually took as a bed. Those mesmerizing pair of eyes roamed around the poor looking room; it was her home. Georgiana shut her eyes in pain – it was overwhelming, yet what was she expecting after the violent collisions her head received yesterday? Instantly, a tear escaped her eyes once she recalled after that transpired – her mother left them to survive solely on their own. How…could she do something as heartless as them? Minaj was the only parent who tended to them after their father's demise. From the onset, it was never a gleeful marriage; it was evidently filled with suffering. Georgiana now contemplated deeply on ways to take care of herself and…little brother. Her thoughts were soon disrupted by the thudding of approaching footsteps. A crash followed afterward, which made her stand up swiftly. “Francisco?” She muttered worriedly while rushing out. “Francisco.” she gasped now astounded at his current situation. Her younger brother, who was partially blind because of an incident that happened a few years back, could be seen on the floor. He was evidently in pain as he laid helplessly there. “Are you okay?” she went on her knees, then stared at him anxiously. “I'm…fine” he responded through difficulty, then lifted his head. They both had similar facial features; their eye color was almost alike too. But…unlike Georgiana who had a spotless and blemish free face, Francisco's left eye was tainted with a hideous burn mark which… Mina caused it. Yes, a few years back, she punished him by slashing hot boiled water on his face…purposely.
