Bending Roads

"Life may not be easy, But in my case, it was never really difficult" Today I will begin a new life. I'm moving to a new country with my family to continue my higher education. I am very excited but very sad too. It is not easy to leave your home or the life you've lived behind with all the important people even though it was to secure my future. I knew that wherever I go I will always remember where I came from and it will always be a part of me no matter what. I am more than overwhelmed moving to a new country as well as already missing my friends, just the thought of being away from them gave me goosebumps all over my body. They were and will always be a part of me because although we share a past they are also the reason to who I am today and knowing what I have apart from home is a family to trust blindly. I am academically a very good student but not excellent and don't really want to be one. I always loved to be a centered person in the sense whether in arts, sports, academics etc. Even when sitting in a classroom. I like to be in the center, well I feel very awkward to be seated at the front as sometimes it feels like all the burden is put on the front seated student's shoulder and of course, the person always needs to focus as teachers are close and watching. Another thing, if a person sits at the last benches it's always a distraction and you don't really focus on the important things and go for unnecessary kinds of stuff as well as may fall to sleep with disturbing the class. I always was a middle row student as it helps me focus and away from a teacher's reach but close too. It's always better than too much focus or distraction. Just like I prefer. My life was happy being my parents' only child, the daughter they adored and loved, I wasn't a spoiled kid being the one and only child. My parents took good care of me by making sure what I wanted, what I deserved and where I belonged. I was taught to be disciplined and how to act around with people, Mom and Dad were never really strict, only at certain times when needed when I was younger. As every family has expectations from their younger ones, my parents did have expectations from me and I did well with fulfilling all their expectations. That is also one of the reasons why we are moving to another country for my further education.
