Heart of deception:A story of betrayal and second chance

On a pleasant morning, Dana Danny left the house straight to her office, getting to her office to find out that her official meeting has been postponed ,out of annoyance Dana spoke, "Okay, I don't know who the f**k had the guts to postpone the meeting I had organised... And what the hell am I paying you for ?" Dana Danny said to her miserably looking secretary who was trying to catch up to her boss by taking quick strides. "Am so sorry ma'am..I.. tried but.." Pial stammered. Pial has seen different temperaments exhibited by her psychologically messed-up boss, but today is different. And worst. "Shut up! Now go get me the files I asked for this morning and stop littering with your presence", Dana said, kicking the golden double doors to her well-furnished apartment-sized office. But someone was sited on her gloriously looking throne she referred to as an office chair. What the f*****g hell? She said in her mind, approaching the chair with anger and disgust. "What the f**k do you..." Hell no ! There is only one man in this entire world that makes her shiver. OCEAN EARL. Moving back with caution, Dana almost lost balance in her 12 inches. "Hey senorita, miss me ?" He said with a devilish smile. "What are you doing here and how did you?" Dana was cut short by Ocean. "Find you ? That's easy amor.. Thanks for the nice welcome sugar, how long did you think you could hide from me?" Ocean asked, moving closer. "Hell I wasn't hiding...." She said. He smiled. "Of course not, you were running ! But tell me something, why are you running ?" He asked taking another step. The last time she saw him was two years ago when she crept out of his bed to start a new life, her own life. Because ever since she met him, her life revolved around him. Everything has been about him, everything! But now she's free. She is independent and happy on her own, so why the f**k is he back? Yes, he helped her when her so-called mother stole all her father's wealth and ran off with her lover Her father Danny had to do all he could to get his company back on its feet and that was when he met Earl, Ocean's dad who owned almost all the prestigious petroleum companies worldwide and in Miami except for her fathers'. The two men signed a contract. Earl was willing to help if Dana married his son, Ocean. And that was when she met the number one bachelor and player in Miami. They actually got along. We became best friends. And got married. At first it was all roses and rubies. She loved him but it was too late when she found out that he didn't. She tried to invoke love but it didn't work. He would come back late not from womanizing but from work. She was able to convince him to quit his arrogant lifestyle and accept the job his father offered. But now that she wasn't feeling loved, she regretted marrying him. She once gathered the guts to confront him and not to beg him to love her. Yes, he did have his time. Because he spent every night in her bed, turning her into his s*x slave but to spend quality time with her.. No !! And that's what she has longed for since her mother dumped her. She thought she could have that with Ocean. And she regretted confronting him about it because he said things that not even a thousand sorry would erase. That was when she decided to leave him. Signing the divorce papers and mailing them to him. "What are you thinking, senorita?" He snapped his fingers, bringing her back to reality. "What do you want, Ocean ?" She angrily asked. He moved closer to her, she placed her index finger on his suited chest. "Where did you get all that confidence from Mamamamaya?!" He asked. She dodged his hand and moved to her chair, taking her place behind the table. His eyes followed the sway of her hips. There was no missing the look she saw in his eyes. She could read him like a book. That was his weakness. And vice versa. They have grown to be each other's skin. But she hoped that bond didn't still exist. "f*****g temptress." He said. She smiled. "Can you be professional please ?"she said. "Oh please drop the professionalism" he replied, sitting at the edge of her table. "Drop the sweet names please, we ain't married no more" she said with a smirk. He bent over her, his face a few inches from hers. "I get that and I'm used to it. I was wondering, do you still taste the same because you definitely don't look that same. I mean the curves, cheeks and the new scent too, wow !" He said in a very seductive tone. The office felt very hot. Heat was forming in between her thighs. She sprang to her feet. "Get out" she simply said. "Why ? You can't hide that look in your eyes, you want me!" He laughed "c'mon Amor, we ain't kids. We want each other" Ocean crossed over to where she was standing. She was rooted to the floor. She couldn't move or protest. Her tongue was glued to the roof of her mouth. "Don't...." He claimed her lips, slowly, then intensely. He planted his fingers in her blond hair to keep her in place. Taking her tongue, he teased it, she pushed. She held her firmly by the waist, then moved the hand to her cupped breast. He felt her hard n****e through the fabric. She wants him ! Dana didn't know when she melted and responded to the kiss. He breathlessly released her lips but still held her. He felt the softness of her breast and let out a slight moan. She pulled away from him, he stood there for some time. "It's about time you left, get out Ocean" He faced her with a smile and then sat on one of the visitors chairs. "You kissed me back amor, don't pretend not to like it" he smirked. She didn't take a step away from the door she held open for him. "I didn't" There was an awkward silence for a second. "You didn't ask what I came for" he said, crossing his legs, knee to ankle. "I did already, a thousand times" she replied and gently walked to her seat. He took out a single piece of paper from his inner pocket and handed it over to her and she read it. An unpleasant look swept past her face. "What the f*****g hell is this?" She tossed it back at him. He smiled "I am a very busy man, I would have got my secretary to do it but since we are...were acquaintances, I decided to do it myself and I hope you will comply with no resistance, senorita". He got to his feet, she quickly flew to his front. "I don't understand, this company belongs to me" she said almost in a whisper. His face hardened. "Belonged mamamiya, was your company! Just like the document said, it's mine now! Maybe you need to go and ask your father some questions. He signed those documents under the fact that you married me, and I guess he skipped to read the part that says if you leave me, your company will be ours, and it is now. Get over it! I need you to pack by five tomorrow. The office should be vacant by tomorrow or the security will do it for you" he said, without the slightest change in his expression. He headed for the door. "Is this revenge ? Because I left ?" She questioned. "You and I know that I cared a little 'bout your departure. I'm doing what was supposed to be done two years ago, so in a way, I did YOU a favor. The same way, your company is transferred to me, so are all your accounts, so don't even try to withdraw a penny unless you want to be locked up" With that, he left. Dana was still in shock. Frozen in her position, poor Pial came in but ran out immediately. She saw the look on her boss's face.
