Some love stories are written in the stars. Theirs was written in shadows.

When Sora, a quiet CS student, saves a little boy from a speeding car, she doesn’t expect to be pulled into his wealthy family’s secretive world or into the path of his uncle, Chan. He is her senior, the brooding guy from the library, the man she never dared to approach.

But the moment their eyes meet, it isn't just a spark of attraction. It is a terrifying recognition.

As they grow closer, the nightmares begin. Cold, chilling visions of a forgotten past. A blood-stained winter garden. A desperate promise made in the dark. A tragic death that was no accident.

Sora and Chan don’t know why they are drawn to each other, or why Chan's presence feels like the only safe place in a world suddenly turning sinister. But as the shadows around them grow deeper and the inexplicable dangers cross over into their waking lives, one thing becomes horrifyingly clear: whatever tore them apart centuries ago has found them again in the present.

They were meant to find each other. But this time, they have to survive.

My Secret Crush is... Uncle..?
The afternoon sun cast long shadows across the university courtyard as Sora let out a trembling breath. It felt like it had been trapped in her chest for weeks. The final exam of her second year was officially over. Around her, the campus buzzed with the chaotic chatter of relieved students, and her shoulders finally dropped. The crushing weight of Information Systems theories was beginning to fade. "I swear that last paper was designed to destroy our sanity," Liya groaned, dragging her feet as they walked away from the examination hall. "I looked at the data flow question and forgot my own name for five whole minutes." Sora managed a weak, exhausted laugh, adjusting the heavy strap of her bag. "It was brutally hard. But we cannot change the answers now. Let us just go back to the boarding house before we collapse." Shia nodded vigorously, linking her arm securely through Sora’s arm. "Exactly! I just want to eat a massive plate of food and sleep for three days straight." They were walking near the lively campus canteen. The savory smell of fried food mixed warmly with the afternoon breeze. Sora was just about to agree with Shia when a sudden flash of movement caught her attention. A little boy, maybe around six years old, came bursting out of the busy canteen entrance. He was giggling wildly, running blindly toward the busy road bordering the edge of the campus. He was not looking left or right. He was just a carefree child running toward absolute disaster. At that exact second, a sleek black car came tearing down the narrow lane. It was moving dangerously fast, completely ignoring the painted campus speed limits. Sora did not think. Her primal instincts hijacked her entire body. She threw her heavy backpack off her shoulder, entirely forgetting about her expensive laptop inside. The bag hit the concrete with a loud thud. Sora was already sprinting. A deafening screech of tires ripped violently through the quiet air, followed instantly by the sickening smell of burning rubber. Sora lunged forward. She grabbed the little boy firmly by his waist, using her entire body weight to shove them both out of the massive vehicle's path. The black car rushed past them with a terrifying, roaring gust of wind that whipped Sora's hair across her face. They hit the rough concrete hard. Sora scrambled frantically to twist her body in midair, shielding the small boy as she slid painfully against the unforgiving pavement. They came to a harsh halt just inches away from a row of large green garbage bins. Her lungs burned. Her heart hammered against her ribs so violently she truly thought it might break through her chest. She looked down, her hands shaking uncontrollably. The little boy was safely tucked under her arms, but he was not smiling anymore. His face was entirely drained of all color. He was frozen in pure shock, his tiny fingers gripping Sora’s shirt with a terrifying, desperate strength. "Sora! Oh my god!" Liya sprinted toward them in an absolute panic, dropping to her knees on the dirty pavement right beside them. Her face was pale with horror as her trembling hands checked Sora for blood. "Are you hurt? Did that lunatic hit you?" Behind her, Shia was furious, screaming at the black car that had already disappeared down the curved street. "Are they completely crazy?! They almost killed you!" "I am fine," Sora gasped out, though her legs felt like jelly. She knelt down to the boy's level, gently prying his tight fingers from her ruined shirt. She forced a reassuring smile onto her face. "Are you okay, little one? Where is your mother?" The boy swallowed hard, still caught in the terrifying shock of the moment. He pointed a small, trembling finger back toward the wide canteen doors. "Mom is inside." Without warning, his hand reached out and locked securely onto hers again. It was no longer the playful tug of a child. It was the frantic, desperate hold of a terrified little boy looking for a safe anchor. "Wait for me right here," Sora told her friends, her voice still breathless. "Do not take long," Liya demanded. Her voice was thick with heavy worry, completely devoid of her usual joking tone. "We are staying right here. Call out loudly if you need us." Sora nodded, letting the little boy lead her slowly through the heavy wooden canteen doors. As they stepped away from the glaring afternoon sun and into the dimly lit building, the boy looked up at her. Some color was slowly returning to his pale cheeks. "I am Sojune," he whispered. His voice was shaky but surprisingly determined. "What is your name?" "Sora," she replied softly, squeezing his hand gently. She looked down at their firmly connected hands. A strange shiver rushed quickly down her spine. The way he held onto her felt impossibly heavy, as if this tiny hand anchoring her to the ground was a connection meant to drag her into something much deeper. She quickly blamed the bizarre feeling on the adrenaline pumping through her veins. "Where exactly is your mom, Sojune?" she asked, raising her voice slightly over the loud clatter of plates. Sojune scanned the crowded ground floor carefully, his eyebrows pulling together in deep concentration. Finally, he pointed toward the back of the huge building, where a narrow, dimly lit wooden staircase led up to the private study area. Sora let out an exhausted sigh. Her bruised knees ached terribly with every step, but she kept a protective hold on his small hand and began to climb the stairs. The noise from the ground floor began to muffle slightly as they ascended. Sora kept her eyes firmly on the worn wooden steps, making sure Sojune did not trip in the dim lighting. They were exactly halfway up the narrow staircase when a tall, imposing figure suddenly stepped out from the landing above them. The temperature in the narrow stairwell seemed to plummet instantly. Sora stopped dead in her tracks, freezing like a statue on the stairs. She did not look up immediately. Her nervous gaze locked onto a pair of incredibly expensive, perfectly polished dark shoes. Slowly, her eyes trailed up long, tailored dark trousers, past a broad chest covered by a crisp shirt, and finally up to his striking face. Her lungs completely stopped working. She forgot how to breathe entirely. It was him. The famous, mysterious senior from her university faculty. The very man whose sharp, unreadable profile she had secretly memorized from the hidden corners of the campus library. But seeing him up close like this was an entirely different experience. He possessed a dark, suffocating aura that made her instinctively want to take a massive step backward. He absolutely dominated the narrow, dimly lit space, his mere presence feeling incredibly heavy and dangerous. The silence stretched endlessly between them, thick and crackling with electric tension. Sojune, instantly recognizing the tall man, reached out with a trembling hand and grabbed the soft fabric of the senior's dark trouser pocket. "Where did you disappear to, Sojune?" the senior demanded. His voice was incredibly low and deep. It was laced with a cold, terrifying authority that made Sora's breath catch painfully in her throat. "Your mom has been searching everywhere for you." The sheer sternness in his deep tone made Sojune flinch violently. The little boy immediately let go of the fabric and scrambled quickly behind Sora’s legs, using her small frame as a human shield. "I was just going out," Sojune mumbled defensively. His tiny voice cracked as fresh tears threatened to spill. "And then a big black car came really fast. It almost hit me. But Sora sis saved me. She pushed us away." The stoic, emotionless mask on the senior's handsome face completely shattered into a million pieces. It was not just simple relief that crossed his sharp features. It was pure, raw, unadulterated terror. All the color drained from his face, leaving him looking ghostly pale. He completely forgot that Sora was even standing right in front of him. He dropped to his knees directly onto the hard, dirty wooden stairs. His large, trembling hand immediately slammed against the exact center of Sojune's small chest, pressing down hard to feel the rapid, frantic rhythm of the little boy's heart. "Oh, God," he breathed out. His rough voice cracked with a desperate, wild panic that sent icy chills running down Sora’s arms. "Breathe, Sojune. Take deep breaths for me right now. Do not cry. You cannot cry, it is okay. Are you hurt anywhere? Does your chest hurt? Tell me right now." Sojune sniffled loudly, burying his tearful face completely into the man's broad, strong shoulder. "No. I am okay. It does not hurt." Only when he was absolutely, undeniably certain that the little boy's heart was not failing did the senior slowly stand back up to his full, intimidating height. He turned his full, undivided attention back to Sora. Their eyes met, and the air in the narrow stairwell seemed to completely evaporate. His dark gaze was impossibly intense and heavily searching. He looked directly at her as if she were a complex, fascinating puzzle that he needed to tear apart to fully understand. Then, his finely shaped lips parted. "Your name," he started. His voice was a low, steady murmur that seemed to vibrate deeply against the concrete walls of the staircase. "It is Sora, right?" Sora felt the solid floor tilt dangerously beneath her feet. Her logical brain screamed loudly that he only knew her name because little Sojune had just yelled it out loud seconds ago. But the way he said it, the heavy, incredibly knowing weight behind her name rolling off his tongue, planted a tiny, terrifying sliver of doubt deep in her racing mind. Did he actually know who she was before this moment? She could not find her voice to speak. She simply nodded her head once. His intense expression softened just a tiny fraction, replacing his terrifying, cold aura with a sudden depth of raw, overwhelming gratitude that made her own chest physically ache in response. "Thank you," he said softly. His dark, magnetic eyes refused to let hers go even for a second. "Thank you for saving his life." While Sora’s chaotic mind spiraled endlessly in a messy mix of deep embarrassment and total disbelief, the tall senior reached out his hand. His large hand moved gently through the air, intending to guide the little boy up the rest of the dark wooden steps. "Let us go," he ordered quietly. But Sojune utterly refused to move a single inch. The little boy quickly dodged the outstretched hand. Instead, he fiercely tightened his grip on Sora's fingers, anchoring his small body entirely to her side like a tiny, immovable boulder. "No!" Sojune declared loudly. His small voice echoed stubbornly against the narrow walls. He pointed a demanding, tiny finger directly at the tall, incredibly intimidating man blocking their path to the upper floor. "Uncle Chan, I want Sora sis to come with me! She has to come with us right now!" Sora’s eyes widened in pure, absolute shock as she stared blankly at the powerful senior standing above her. Uncle?
