We Meet Again

It was a Thursday in the afternoon. Rose told her parents she was meeting a friend they didn’t know was Chase. Since they wouldn’t have let me go or approved of it so she got to the mall. When they decided to meet each other it was about 11:40 now. That’s when she looked up and saw him looking at her and smiling while walking to Rose's car. She got out of the car and they walked in together while talking Chase kept saying that he missed what we had. He kept looking at her in the sweetest way and it made Rose blush. She tried to hide it because it wasn’t okay since she was in a relationship with Carter. But he kept looking at her in that way they were walking around talking about how they were. He still kept saying he missed me. Rose couldn’t tell you how many times he brought it up. Rose felt safe and secure with Chase and her feelings were just sprouting up again for him she couldn’t help it. She missed this and how it was when they were first together. It was Chase's pretty blue eyes that kept glancing at Rose and smiling. She always loved him. She knew that nor tried to hide it because feelings are feelings right. They went to Starbucks first. Chase insisted he pay since the last time Rose bought it. So Rose agreed to it and got her favorite drink. Chase was trying and was different. She could tell he was by how he was acting towards Rose. After they walked around for an hour or two they decided to just sit down. That's when Chase pulled up Snapchat reading old chats when we were together. Rose could tell he was upset when reading those and was a face full of regret. He kept telling her what happened and how we talked a lot as well as how happy we were. Rose caught Chase staring at her again with those blue eyes again and the smile she loved. He was clearly blushing and he tried to hide the fact he was with his phone. Chase and Rose kept snapping each other. It was bad because they were flirting. She knew that it needed to stop but he kept looking at her in a way that made her feel special and get butterflies. Rose wonders to herself is this okay or should I not feel this way. It was hours before and they did non stop talking till it was almost time for Chase to go home. So they sat in these massage chairs and Chase was snapping each other non stop flirting once more. While Rose was also talking to Carter she didn't know how to tell him. So she didn't tell him what happened until Chase said those words to her and started again. Chase asked if they could try again and she was saying no all day. But that look he kept giving her. Was making it hard to reject him once more. Until Chase gave this long look with the biggest smile ever while looking at her. She texted Chase that he better stop looking at her that way or she is gonna have to break up with her bf. She was saying it was also hard to keep rejecting you as well. Rose wasn't quite thinking straight; she was lost in his eyes. She believed that Chase was serious about all that he said to Rose. It was so hard to not get feelings for Chase even more. She didn't want to because she was happy in the relationship she was in. But deep down her feelings aren't agreeing with her heart. They were fighting like water and fire would. There was so much tension between her and Chase that it confused her so much. Not all the tension was good but it wasn't bad either. Rose didn't understand any of this or why it was happening to her at this moment. Rose was just so bubbled up in her own thoughts and feelings she didn't know what was real or fake. While her and Chase and Carter were nipping each other. Her feelings were going like 100mph and she didn't know how to stop this feeling. Or why the universe wanted Chase to come back into her life when she was dating someone. Of course Carter kept complimenting Dose and nagging about how he wished it was different. Rose had this major feeling like it was someone in her ear. Why did Chase show up when she moved on. Instead of not showing up months ago. Rose could never figure out it was hurting her head because there was too much going on at once. Nothing made sense. Rose world was so full of crazies but not as much as this one thing right now. They were still sitting I'm the cafeteria at the mall while chatting. Rose wasn't sure if this is what she wanted or to happen. There was a lot of talking going on and this group of teens laughing and watching tictoks. They were getting louder each time Chase and Rose walked around again. Rose had this almost butterfly feeling in her stomach ache on why she shouldn't let Chase win. But she also wanted him too and try again with him so hard. Chase wouldn't shut up about wishing he got back together and everything was different. It was like the universe was telling her don't do it. But Rose brushed it off and washed it away like a paintbrush in water. Rose knew she would regret this and she would let Chase win. So she texted Carter she was so hesitant and shaking with fear because she didn't know where this would go or leave her.Thought long and hard and broke up with Carter because she couldn't say no anymore. Hide those feelings that were there for him and how strong they were.She told Chase that she will try again with him and don't make her regret it.
