Alarick leaned Dawn back and kissed her passionately. He lead her to the bed and made sure the door was locked. He pushed her back onto the soft mattress and growled. It was a possessive growl and it made heat pool in Dawn’s core. It had been awhile since they had a moment like this. He let her scent consume her.

“What are you gonna do to me, Alpha?”

Alarick eyes flashed colors, “I’m going to ravish you.”

Dawn threw her head back as he began suck on his mark. He continued to kiss down to her chest and opened the back with his hands as he continued kissing. After he had the dress undone, he pulled it down slowly. He enjoyed the view of her body being set free. He could feel him hardening as he stood over his mate.

Alarick removed his clothes in between his constant movement down her body. He guided his hand to her core as he stopped his lips at her chest. He wanted to make this moment last as long as he could. Alarick slowed the pace and pushed further into her. Dawn groaned in frustration of the decreased speed, but he quickly made up for the lack with depth. He kissed her neck and nibbled on her ear.

“Hey, Alarick.”Elliot greeted.

He nods as he piles food onto two plates. “Morning. I apologize for taking you from your kiss for so long.”

“It’s nothing Victoria can’t handle. It’s more being away from her you know. I am more than happy to help my family though.” He clapped a hand on Alarick’s back. “My sister means the world to me and you will realize quiet quick that this family will be there for each other no matter the cost.”

Alarick smiled, “same goes with my family. I know your family is crazy powerful, but we will always be of assistance if you need it as well.”

Elliot smirked and handed Alarick a brown bag, “here take this to Dawn and tell her after eating we will depart.”

“Thank you again, brother.”

Dawn looked to Alarick as she prepared to run to the pack. She kissed him passionately to let the taste and smell of him linger on her skin. She needed to use Leum’s mate to push the feeling back that she had felt before passing out. If this didn’t work it could lead to bigger issues. One of the strongest packs being down for the count with a war prophecy over head does not bode well.

“I love you!”

Alarick kissed her again, “I love you. Please be careful my love.”

They touched foreheads and closed their eyes breathing their scent in. As they parted, Elliot stepped to his sister. Dawn knew that meant time to go and that it would feel like forever before seeing Alarick. She gave a weak smile. He met her smile and nodded.

“I’ll see you soon my beloved.”

He takes a deep breath, “will do little mate.”

It took them awhile to get back to the pack, but to Dawn’s surprise the pack bond didn’t have an effect on her. The connection was not as strong without her mate there. She didn’t dwell on this long. She made her way to the office that Maverick and Marshall held Lonnie in. She took a deep breath. Hopefully this would be the end to her current pack problems and allow her mate to come back on pack land.
