Blake POV
I woke up with a severe headache. I shouldn't have drank so much last night. Plus, what a dream I had. I thought to myself.
At that moment, my eyes widened, it was no dream. I jumped out of the bed and ran to Desdemona's room. She was on the ground, with her eyes closed. Her plumped lips looked like they were about to bleed. Her swollen, red eyelids made my heart clench.
What have I done?
I ran to her without wasting a second and carried her in my arms.
"Wake up, princess." I whispered as my eyes began to moisten slightly. To see her in this condition tore me apart from inside.
She opened her eyes slowly. Frowning at me, she immediately moved out of my embrace. She dropped to the ground as I held her again.
