“Heyy baby girl” Daevon said deeply standing at the entrance of Emma's room without taking his eyes off her.

“He…heyyy” Emma stuttered avoiding his eyes at intervals as she wondered why all of a sudden his talking to her after he neglected her since their wedding day.

“You look lovely baby girl” he continued, taking slow strides towards where she stood and still maintaining eye contact with her.

“Thank you” Emma shyly replied unsure of what to say next.

“Arya told me that you miss your husband”he said with a smirk on his lips.

“What…noooo no that's not true, I never said that” she defended as her eyes widened in shock.

“Is that so?” He asked, now facing her closely while she still refuses to make eye contact with him.

“Yea…” Emma replied nervously as she played with her fingers at intervals trying to avoid eye contact with Daevon.

“What's wrong mama…?” Daevon asked in a hoarse voice, rasing her chin up with his right hand so she could meet his eyes.

“No….thing” Emma stressed, her heart beating fast as she got lost in Daevon's eyes.

“You wanted love and attention from your husband…. right? I'm here to give it all to you” Daevon said in a deep tone as he kiss Emma who reciprocated the kiss and they both made for the bed and got intimate.

“Where're you off to in such a hurry?” Emma asked in a low tone as she sees Daevon getting dressed to leave her room.

“It's none of your business” he replied coldly.

“Uhhhmm yes it is…I deserve an explanation”Emma said feeling heartbroken.

“I decide who deserves an explanation, I'm the Alpha and I do as I please” he replied firmly.

“You can't treat me this way….I won't just sit by and watch you”Emma warned, her voice shaking as she held herself from crying.

“Then go blind” he replied scarstically as he makes to wear his shirt.

“Would you ever love me?” Emma asked with the feeling of anguish noticable in her voice.

“Listen to me, consider whatever we just had as a one night stand….it would NEVER happen again” he said harshly as he looked her in her eyes before he stormed out of her room.

“Ohhh my world….why is this happening to me” Emma lamented as she cried her eyes out on her bed.

“I demand to speak to my brother right this minute” Arya commanded the Gamma werewolf that was guarding the entrance of the Alpha's study room.

“He asked not to be disturbed by anyone… not even the gods” the Gamma werewolf replied calmly trying to wade her off politely.

“Well the anger of Arya is greater than all the gods combined” Arya insisted as she got more pissed.

“Let her in” Daevon's commanding voice said, immediately Arya barged into his study room almost uprooting the innocent door with her werewolf strength.

“How could you???” She asked her brother disappointedly.

“What exactly are you talking about pup?” he replied surprised.

“How dare you treat her that way? My world… you disgust me” Arya said feeling so down and disappointed in her brother's actions.

“She told you?” He asked, his voice filled with remorse.

“What's there to tell….. you shattered her pride and left her dignity wounded and opened for the birds of the air to feed on”Arya said with resentment visible in her eyes.

“Believe me pup…. I regret everything I did” Daevon said sadly.

“Regret?? Ohh big bro what you did was more than you feeling regretful right now” Arya said angrily.

“You really make me so ashamed of you…how could my big bro do this, it's so unlike you… i refuse to believe that my brother did this shameful act to his… to his innocent mate, all for what huh??? Revenge?? Well I hope you feel satisfied now that you have inflicted pain on Emma and until you fix this, please do me a favor and don't let me see your face again” Arya said strongly in annoyance as she stormed out of the study room.

“Tell the omega werewolf to get me another bottle of wolf moon liquor quickly” Daevon instructed the Gamma werewolf that was guarding his study room.

“Right away sire” the Gamma werewolf replied immediately.

“Heyyy girlie” Emma hailed Arya in the mansion's kitchen.

“Wifey? What are you doing here?” Arya asked Emma calmly and surprised at the same time as this was the first time Emma came downstairs to the kitchen since she arrived in crystal realm.

“Was feeling so bored in my room and I felt like having a snack” Emma confessed smiling.

“But there's an omega werewolf at your beck and call…you would have instructed her on whatever you wanted” Arya said still feeling astonished that she came down just to have a snack.

“you mean lyanna, I didn't want to disturb her so I instructed her to relax why I get my snack myself….. enough questions girlie I'm already here” Emma said smiling sweetly.

“Okay….we have berries, all kinds of berries you name it….” Arya said boastfully with a smile on her lips.

“I would recommend you choose my favorite berry which is the flutter wave berry”Arya added with a gentle nudge.

“Let me try it” Emma said gladly.

“Mmhhmmm it tastes soooooooo good” Emma said in delight as she eats another bunch of the flutter wave berry.

“Told ya” Arya said proudly with a wide smile.

“How come we humans don't have this kind of berry?” Emma asked rhetorically.

“Be careful not to bite your tongue wifey” Arya said affectionately.

“I heard that you had a little fight with your brother over what happened…I appreciate you standing up for me but please reconcile with your brother…. he's a good Alpha and a good brother too” Emma said tenderly.

“ Look at you still defending him and standing by his side…you are truly his Luna” Arya said passionately.

“It's like you had said…. we're destined to be together, I'm in love with him already and it hurts so bad that he doesn't feel the same for me” Emma said feeling so heartbroken.

“Don't despair…. Everything would be alright wifey” Arya said hopefully.

Would Daevon apologize to Emma and reconcile with his sister?

Would Daevon finally succumb to his destiny and love Emma???
