1163 Words
After Lavi and Gwen appear in the arena, for some reason.. Everyone immediately cheers on Lavi the moment his face showed up from the teleportation. Everyone knows the reason but Lavi... But Lavi is not an i***t. He quickly scans the area in a very quick manner... His eyes are moving at such a high speed that everyone thought that he's having some malfunction in his brain that turn him to be a stupid robot. But, in his head. He's seeing everyone's expression. Some of them are looking sad in defeat while some of them are in a very cheerful manner. The two spectrum are there... Then, in the arena, Sharion and Rin are standing face to face with each other before turning to him... 'A duel between Rin and Sharion? Everyone seems to be having a fun time against Sharion. The loser for this round is... A lot... My beloved Nazuna seems to be the one who's frustrated the most though...' After getting enough information from reading everyone's expression... Lavi then use his footstep to immediately enter the arena and stood between Rin and Sharion who's ready to duel each other. "Hey lil bro. Care to give your big bro a turn against his wife?" Straight away, Lavi draw his sword and immediately turn his back toward Rin. Acting like he's a hero who's letting him run away from certain doom... Rin whose complexion is quite complex when facing Sharion, has now actually look at Lavi like he's some sort of savior... He sniffed dramatically and muttered. "Yes. I'll leave this to you!" Before eventually retreating to his girls side... While Sharion... She took this moment to actually fight seriously with Lavi. She wants to test the legendary God of the End power... So, she immediately draw her Mirrored Raven. A hundred flying sword thread with a string has enveloped her finger properly... Every single movement that Sharion made, is not a wasted one. Every single muscle that moves, control the flying swords with such precise that Lavi couldn't help but to get mesmerized upon setting sight on it... However, that feeling quickly faded when Sharion stated. "I feel like we always sparred each other. But, I want to see what's different when we fight seriously against each other. So, please. Don't hold back, okay?" "Okay. You have dignity as a goddess to hold and I have a dignity as a husband... I shall go at you seriously and show to you that, I'm able to protect you by defeating you. The goddess of sword." The two faced off against each other... But, before they can fight, there need to be a fair judge. There's no better judge than the comrade of the two goddess... Not the Goddess of the Beginning Althea. Instead... Lavtura... "Well well well, it seems like the two of you are really going to go at each other... Very well then! I shall keep count on who's getting the more hits and a more effective attack in... I doubt that this duel will end normally. So, this is the only way to determine who's going to win! Are the two of you ready?" Lavi nodded with a usual grin of his while Sharion nodded along with a cool and calm nature of her. The two of them are ready. Everyone has taken quite a precaution in order to keep themselves safe from the fight between the two... The two fighter has taken a bit of time off to make sure everyone is fully protected before eventually, Lavi is the one making the first move due to some unknown reason... Everyone immediately wonder what's inside that brain of his. Sharion is a naturally quick and instinctive fighter... So, the moment Lavi made a move, she has read so many moves ahead that she can interchange all of her Mirrored Raven movement without anyone noticing the previous mistake that she made... Quite a lot of that mirrored raven flew toward Lavi at a high speed... It's coming from all direction too. Making everyone panic and confused on which attack to block first. Not with Lavi, however... "Not too shabby... But, it'll take more than that to defeat me now." Lavi stopped moving entirely when all the swords are so close to hitting him. Just shrugging his body is enough to push all the swords off balances slightly that it didn't hit him... But, Sharion is quick... She just pulled her hands down and then every single Mirrored Raven rained down heavily toward Lavi... Lavi ducked down and then swing his sword upward... The tip of his sword create enough pressure that the wind just naturally pushes them away... Once again, Sharion is knocked off balance... But that's not enough to stop her sword... She just went back slightly and pull her hand back along with her body... That way, Lavi needs to turn around to stop her swords... Lavi recognize the danger and immediately leap forward toward Sharion... Sharion abandoned the Mirrored Raven and immediately opted out to her general use sword... The same sized sword as Lavi. "That's more like it!" Lavi is aiming to bait her to go one on one. Since he's pretty sure he cannot do anything against her Mirrored Raven. It's just too meticulous for him to handle... Now that the two of them are using the same sword, it's only natural that the two of them stand on an even ground. Making it easier for Lavtura to judge as well. The two of them went at it like there's no tomorrow... It's not just Lavtura. It's everyone. They can all see who's having the upper hand and winning. Since it's clear to all of them who's stronger right now... One of them has landed more hits than getting hit. In fact, one of them has yet to get hit at all. Showing a very dominant performance from the start to finish. Not letting themselves get hit. Not even in the slightest... The combination of perfect basic technique and also their original technique... Makes it inevitable for them to be called the winner... Until finally... The timer has gone off... Lavi put away his sword and gently embraces the utterly defeated Sharion... "T-The winner... Lavi!" Lavtura tries to make everyone cheered up. But, the dominant performance shown by Lavi... Is not something that they thought they would see from this fight... They know that Lavi is strong. But, his opponent is Sharion... "... No need to be so hung up on this fight, okay... Sharion?" "Okay... I won't get so hung up about this lose I have. Good fight though." Sharion however, didn't feel the need to be sad. In fact, she's proud. Finally, Lavi has grown out of that shell of him and defeated her fair and square. To the point that she cannot hit him... This is the form that they needed to see that makes them understand... Lavi is ready for Theo.
