Chapter 6 The Wolf/Francessca

815 Words
POV The Wolf/Francessca The next day I went to the coffee shop a little early and Jack was already there with our coffees waiting for us. I had a tub of cannolis with me and we hid them under the table and munched them when the staff weren’t looking as we drank our coffee. We spent two hours flirting and I wondered where the time had gone because I was having such a nice time. I had to excuse myself again because I told my brother Teddy we would go to the cinema. Three weeks passed and Jack and I spent at least an hour every day in the same booth at the back of the coffee shop. I felt like I’d got to know him but I had gave very little away about myself. Every day I would bring him food and every day his face would light up with excitement. We would sit close and by now we were touching hands or he would rest his hand on my knee. It felt so natural being with him. The last day we met in the coffee shop I sat close to him and he had one arm around me, he kept rubbing my cheek and brushing his thumb along my bottom lip as I had my hands on his muscular shoulders and he whispered into my ear “let’s go back to your place Frankie, if we don’t get out of here soon, I’m going to f**k you on this table in front of everyone” He kissed down my neck and although his touch was thrilling, I panicked when he asked to come back to my house. “We can’t go to my house, but let’s go back to your place” I said as I finally let him kiss me. It was a wonderful kiss, we had built up to it for weeks and it was just as passionate as I thought it would be. One of the staff in the coffee shop dropped a cup and it startled me. I broke away from probably the best kiss of my life and looked around to see what was going on. He started kissing my neck “we can’t go to my place, it’s too far, the traffic is terrible” he said all the time dragging his lips further down my neck. “I thought you said you live close to me. That day I met you in the supermarket you said you live close by” he pulled away and looked deep into my eyes “I suppose it doesn’t matter now, but I just said that to cover for the fact that I had bumped into you there. I found out where you were and pretended to bump into you” he tried to kiss me again but I wasn’t happy and I pushed him away “what do you mean?” I asked and he looked around to make sure no body was listening “Frankie keep your voice down. I just wanted to see you, that’s why I asked your assistant where you drink coffee so I could see you here. I had no option, you refused to date me but I knew we would be good together. Please don’t be upset” I’d had a stalker before and it was one of the scariest things to happen to me. Jack explaining all of his deception made my insides turn. “I am upset. I have to go” he let out an over the top sigh “let me guess you need to rush off today because you need to take your brother to the doctor or the moon..or maybe Mars. Or maybe there’s a reason you won’t date me and you only meet me in the back of a coffee shop.” He looked seriously pissed off “What do you mean?” He looked at me like he knew something and I wondered what he was getting at. “Frankie it doesn’t take a genius to figure out you have a boyfriend. You don’t have to make all these excuses any more” I shook my head “that’s not true, I have to go” He stood up and he looked pissed at me “don’t go like this. Please Frankie you know how I feel about you. Seeing you every day for these past few weeks has meant the world to me” but I didn’t want to listen to him and I stormed away. I was glad that I had never given him my number and that he didn’t know exactly where I lived so he couldn’t act the way his brother had when I’d stoped seeing him. But the difference between them was that I really liked Jack and I had a petted lip all the way back to my office.
