FALL OF THE HUGIN PALACE

Kai was taken in for treatment. Every end of the palace was heavily guarded. The Hugin capital of all places was almost defeated. The capital was made up of five towns but the Hugin palace was situated at the central town, Nima . And now the elves had broken through the defense of the remaining towns. But still the answer to the question, what were the elves after was not yet known. This was the second time in history that the elves were attacking the capital of Hugin. The first time was almost centuries ago. This time Black Eagle would have no option but to fight since they were bringing the Battle to him. Soon they heard the report that the elves had started attacking Nima , now there was no doubt that the elves were heading to the Hugin palace. This attack wouldn't have been a big deal if it was to take days for the elves to get to Nima , because Black Eagle could have easily called for backup from allied kingdoms. But this attack by the elves surprisingly just took some hours . It really seemed like the elves were attacking with their entire army. How foolish of them , thought Black Eagle, if Hugin was to survive this attack and repel could the elves stand ?? Now reality hit Black Eagle in the face as the whole place began shaking, but seized after some seconds . Screams from outside the palace caught Black Eagle's attention. The elves had gotten so close. Dina walked up to Black Eagle and said ," Sir , the carriage is in". " Get the prince , we are leaving" , Black Eagle replied. After thinking through all what was happening Black Eagle decided to leave with prince Jerry to ensure his safety. And once that was done he could spearhead the empire to victory cause there was no way the Hugin empire would subdue to defeat. They all felt another shake again and this time the elves had surrounded the palace. The heated clash between the elves and the Hugin soldiers was so intense Black Eagle became worried. Kai had joined his men in battle again. The only thing separating them from the elves was the palace fence wall. The elves began defeating the Hugin soldiers. They were totally overwhelmed by the countless elves attacking. kai ordered some men to fall back to get Black Eagle, Dina and the prince out of the palace . Black Eagle and Dina who was holding the prince used a secret underground tunnel to leave the palace. The tunnel lead to the carriage which was afew meters away from the palace. And before Black Eagle got into the carriage he saw from afar a elf dressed in a violet klook . He was a sorcerer,an elf with magic. Only elves in the whole land had access to magic and only old highly trained elves were taught and gifted the usage of magic. He began chanting some words and a large ring of fire surrounded the palace. The ring of fire began closing up on the palace. And as the carriage rode away, Black Eagle could just watch the Hugin royal palace burn to the ground.
