First it was Nora to cross the sort-of busy street. She walked in front of oncoming traffic, not even looking both ways. A few cars swerved and honked on their horns. The water from the light rain splashing about.
Nora’s arms were crossed and her beanie-covered head downcast.
Gabe was going to kick his brother’s ass. Again.
He didn’t know what Alex did to upset her, but she would tell Gabe if he asked.
