WHO WILL BE THE NEXT QUEEN??

(In a road leading from the kings palace to the village square, a small hut is seen . Favour is trying to clean the environment. She is very tired, groaning, and at the same time soliloquizing. Immediately her mother appears from the backyard, her face is like of an 18th century woman, she is very tired too,and looks pitiful) . Bella :Favour, have you finished? Favour: No Mommy, I am very tired. what type of life is this ? my God Why did you place me in this type of family? ( Favour is crying, her mother joins in crying. They try to console each other). Bella :My daughter, since the death of your father ,his relatives took all his property and left us with nothing. Now we are poor, what can I do? To almost one week now ,we cannot feed twice a day let alone tasting good food .But Favour, your late father's last word to us was that we should be patient and wait for God's time which is the best. Favour : But why do you allow them ?can't we take them to court, so that they would be instructed to release some of the property to us ? We are feeding from hand to mouth!! Bella: we are poor we have no money. They court may judge in their Favour if they bribe them . People respect money than the truth nowadays. God is the only righteousness Judge. Favour: Mommy my mate are wearing beautiful clothes and shoes, but I am in rags and bare footed without the cheapest thing like slippers .Every morning you soak garri for me to take , and you are talking God's time, which time? When would that be Mama?( she continues crying). Bella: Never mind. God works in strange ways. You do not know what tomorrow may be . ( some minutes later, Bright appears from the courtyard ). Some people are suffering in this community .They are even begging before they can eat .Even then, Rice goes for breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday! Peace: My friend, I thank God that my children are well feed and are wearing good clothes. Glory:I swear, My children too(They both laugh and parted to different direction). Favour: ( She was listening and looking at them in depression mood ,and tells her mother). Mommy, Glory and Peace are mocking at our inability to feed well. They said that their children are well feed and are wearing fine dresses. Bella: My daughter, as I had already said , according to your late father , GOD TIME IS THE BEST.
