The moon's favourite lovers

February 25th 2000 The rain was lashing down, as the moon was showing dark red, there was a blood moon tonight. This was always going to be a very high-risk pregnancy as I was unfortunate enough to be born an omega, and my mate is the Alpha of the Moon Gazers Pack, based near the Cornish coast in the UK. There was no relief from the stomach crunching pain of the contractions that would be bringing my baby into being, I am Luna Billy Hamilton. We already have twin boys, Lucas and Liam Hamilton they turned two last month on the 20th January, they will inherit the pack when Samuel retires, the birth of the boys was a planned cesarean but I wanted to give birth naturally to my little daughter. "Please check again," I begged the Dr as the pain was almost constant now. The Dr checked my cervix, and "Just 3 cms left, you're 7 cms dilated Luna, you could have some pethidine if you need more pain relief than gas and air?"I'll keep with the gas and air for now, thank you Doc". Samuel placed another wet cloth on my forehead, wiping away the sweat that had gathered there "you are doing so well my love, our girl will be here in no time, I love you so much baby" "and I love you too darling, if anything happens to me, our girl is to be called Sienna Love". " ok darling, but nothing is going to happen to you love". 2 hrs later... "Luna you are finally fully dilated, you may start pushing as soon as you feel the next contraction" I sit up and take a good hard grip on Samuel's hands "ready for this my love?" " Of course, do your worst, darlin. " I was pushing for 20 minutes, the pain was almost constant at this time, I reached down and could feel my daughters head at my entrance, she was crowning. After 4 more big pushes, her head was out. The midwife told me to try to stop pushing as the cord was round my babys neck. She unravelled the cord, and I pushed my girl out I knew I wasn't long for this world as I knew I was bleeding profusely, the nurse was making sure our girl had no ill effects from the cord round her neck and Samuel was with the nurse and our girl, the Dr was trying everything possible to try stem the bleeding, I still needed to deliver the placenta but it had ruptured. I can feel my heart starting to slow down, but then I heard my babys first cry and it was a beautiful sound, I really wish I could stay with my family forever but that won't be possible, the sounds around me started to fade away and the last thing I heard was Samuel screaming at the Dr to save me "I love you Billy, so much, I'll make certain the children always remember there brave Mama, go peacefully now my beautiful Luna and you will be forever loved". With pain in his heart and the love for his beautiful Luna, Samuel looked into her stunning sky blue eyes and cried like a baby. She was now at peace. He closed her eyelids gently. He then picked up his little girl while looking into Siennas sky blue eyes. "Perfect baby girl, just like your Momma, you are well and truly loved and always will be my Angel". Then his fingertips grazed across the nape of baby Siennas neck, he carefully turned her over his forearm and took a good look at her, there he saw it, he knew what it meant immediately "ohhh Moon Goddess, the moon lover sign, she is so special Billy, I will protect her with my life love". Then he walked out the room with his baby girl, making sure to dress her warm and cozy, put her in her car seat and took her home, he got his team together to arrange the announcement of the new babys Birth and the death and burial of his love and Luna Billy. 2 hours later Samuels pov I just got home from the hospital, went upstairs and settled my beautiful baby girl Sienna in her moses basket, took my mobile phone out to call the prearranged wet nurse and nanny to come in while I'm working. Before they arrive, I go into our bedroom, crying my eyes out, my mate scent is so strong in here, I miss her so much already. I grab the concealer then run back to my girl and cover her mark up, can't have anyone seeing it, it's a bright red crescent moon with a diamond sparkle white star just below, very noticeable, hopefully her hair grows quickly. As I walk out of my baby girls room I bump into my Beta Marcus Rivera and his beautiful mate Careena, Careena holds a notebook out to me with tears rushing down her cheeks "Billy gave me this, just before you took her into hospital Sam. She told me to give it to you as soon as you came home without her". "Can I go in and see Sienna please Sam, Billy was my best friend" says Careena"of course you can, I'll be there with you as soon as the wet nurse arrives, how're the boys doing Careena?". "They had a bit of a screaming fit about 2 hours ago, took us a while to calm them down, they're sleeping peacefully now though thankfully" "That was around the time Billy died Careena, they must have felt her leaving them" I sat on the floor and sobbed my heart out, it broke me that my boys had to feel that, and for the fact we would never see her again, Marcus sat by my side and I leaned on my best friend, 5 minutes later the wet nurse arrived and me, Marcus and Careena went into my office. I opened the notebook and started from the first page, these were notes from 4 years ago, just before Billy and I met, these notes saying how happy she was that it was 2 boys with her blonde curls and my dark blue eyes, how could she have known that!! Next page was how she met me through Careena at college, that even though she was an omega, I fell in love with her instantly, the mate bond was too strong for either of us to ignore, she knew my scent was peppermint and hot chocolate before we met. Then she goes on to say that she knows I'll be questioning how she knows all this, she may have been born an omega but she was also born, with the gift of foresight, saying she used to dream about me and the 3 kids before we even met, she knew Sienna would be born with the mark and that she herself would die while giving birth to her. There will come along a sweet lovely lady named Farrah, she will already have a 3 year old son called Illios, he was also born with the opposite mark, his mark is a diamong sparkle moon and a bright red star below, he will become Siennas staunch protector and they will love each other unconditionally. You will fall in love with Farrah as you did with me, she will also have a very similar scent to mine, her scent will be Jasmine and fruit salad sweets, you can't miss it and you will be so happy with her my love, I send her to you with my blessing. Sienna and Illios will be a blessed pair, they will each get their wolves at 12 years of age, instead of the usual 16, they will be in danger, but as long as they stay together, and hide that they have their wolves they should make it through fine, you and your officers will have to help them stay below the radar love. "This is way too much info for me at the moment, we will review this information when Billy has been put to rest and I feel I can concentrate more" I get up and place the notebook in the safe, can't have that getting into the wrong hands, and lock it up. I look at Careena and Marcus "I don't think I need to, but please keep all info heard or read in my office, in my office, this is sensitive information, that would hurt my children if leaked out" I can't help but ask"you're right brother, you don't need to ask us , we love you and the kids too much to ever put you guys at risk".
