the summer I will never forget

this is my story am denah a girl who has had a crush on a guy since I was a kid but things changed when he's friend came this summer here's the story it was a beautiful morning when I wake up wearing a little pink sleeping gown. when my mom said "denah your boyfriend is here". I run down stairs exited gave him a huge kiss. my mom was never in fever of me and Ben being together she believed I was too young and needed to finish school first. because I just turned 17 but we had been the closest friends since kinder garden so eventually we fell for each other. then we went to school we had big dreams he wanted us to move to the Philippines or Dubai he loved the Philippines because that's where he's friend lived he talked about his friend so much that I felt like I new him we talked and he walked me home. I arrived and I asked mom. "what was marriage". she looked at me with shock and said "why did you ask baby" then I responded mom "when I finish school this year and finish college I want to marry Ben" My mom responded "marriage isn't a joke you still have time fall in love" then I said "mom am already in love Ben, he is the love of my life I mean we have known each other for 8 years that's enough reasons I want to marry him. Then I left and stormed into my room with anger on my face then he called and told me he's friend was coming over I was so angry and jealous because this friend of he's would steal my time with him he sent me a photo but I didn't want to look at it. then our school had a trip so I had to leave my boyfriend Ben since he wasn't apart of this school team that was going on a trip. my mom said "find your self and what you will love and you will finally know what is love". at first I didn't understand what she said but I was getting late so I left and run to the bus we sang through the whole trip I didn't have friends because I spent all my time at school with Ben so it felt weird but I had to go since I was the school president. we arrived at this very beautiful resort in Green land this felt like a dream because we were going to spend the whole summer there. I was so excited I called my mom and told her everything about the trip then the teacher came and said "am going to introduce you all to our other team which came from the Philippines and let me introduce to you our male president kyle Montenegro". then their was this hot very handsome guy everyone's eyes were at him he came and the teacher introduced him to me and he said "kumusta ako si Kyle." But I didn't understand Filipino so I said I don't speak Filipino and he apologized saying he didn't know and then he said "hello am Kyle". he touched my hand and I felt something I had never felt it took me a long time to respond and then someone shouted so I wake up from what ever I was feeling. and I said "am denah." he said "what a beautiful name" then we went to eat and I went back to bed and then Ben called asking me about my trip we began laughing and talked a lot I forgot about Kyle for a moment and went back to being denah. he told that he's friend couldn't come because he had something important to deal with and then I told him all about Kyle and then he Lougheed saying I should learn Filipino because when we move their I have to speak Filipino. he said that when he's friend comes he would teach me how to speak Filipino and then I said "goodnight" but before I could sleep I heard sounds of water so I went outside to check then I found Kyle swimming and omg he's body was hot I tried to divert my attention and walk away but he saw me and said D are you looking for something. I responded no then I asked "him why he called me D" he Lougheed and said "I love your name so I want to call you D the first letter of your name", he told me to come closer I went shivering then he pulled me into the pool and we started swimming but I didn't know how to swim. so I told him I didn't know how to swim so he offered to teach me he put me in he's arms and and my body became weak and we continued swimming then I asked him "if he could teach me how to speak Filipino and he agreed" then I went back to sleep I didn't know what was happening to me. it's was now morning and then I went down stairs to eat breakfast when I arrived he pulled my chair so I could seat I felt like a princess and after breakfast we went for a tour around Green land, to explore the place. I started taking pics so did he our journey was so amazing he began singing a song called August by Taylor Swift and everyone was amazed by song and his voice even after going back to the hotel he's voice kept on playing in my mind. I seriously didn't know what was going on but it continued playing and luckily I received a call from mom and we talked I told her about everything I was feeling but all she said "was have fun live your life fall in love" I was so shocked by mom's response so I went down to the river cause when ever am lost I always listen to the sound of the waves so I sat down thinking to myself what's going then I saw him.
