“Why the treehouse?” Blanchette asks, confused.
“Well, there is only one explanation and that is that baby inside of you is either Vampire or a Hybrid,” Shaman Khelben says.
“Baby? Vampire?” Shade asks, shocked and confused.
“Jerimiah filled me in,” Shaman Khelben says.
“The spell is making my baby sick,” Blanchette says as she tries to get out of the house so that she can get behind the spell wall as soon as possible as she does not want to lose the baby.
“Where to?” Shade asks for directions once the three of them are in her car.
Shaman Khelben gives her the directions and Shade drives as fast as she can. As soon as they reach the robot Blanchette felt better, “much better.”
