CHAPTER 7: AGNES MURRAY VS JOHN LINCOLN.

I can't believe the three of them was chosen.

Well they do deserve it.

How?

Because they are strong.

Maybe.

These three are now hot topic in the class and many students in 1a are talking about it.

Daniel has gone out of the class, before he did, he told them to meet him in the combat room, in the morning.

Let's be friends in the future Mike said to Sarah.

Hmm, Sarah muttered.

I know it might be uncomfortable for you since you are in the middle of us boys but you don't have to worry we are gentle men , and we will treat you like a girl that you are. Mike said.

Men, since when did we become men, John asked sarcastically .

Don't you see that I am trying to make a conversation here, please don't make thing worse, Mike said while Winking at John .

Okay, John answered.

Hmm, men my foot, Sarah muttered.

What?, you are, hm you are insulting my mentality. Mike asked while stammering.

Sarah turn a deaf ear, and walked away.

Your mentality, hmm, John said sarcastically.

Are you supporting your friend or a total stranger, because you are only making things worse.Mike said.

John smiled, then said, you little man when you are done emphasizing, you can tell me how it goes tomorrow. Am going to our room, Good night, am going to meditate.

Hey, wait up, am coming with you, what do you mean by emphasizing , huh, can't you for once support your friend.

Good night, John turned a deaf ear, and continued walking to their room.

I will fight with you, in the morning, okay, this is not over,. Mike said, while shouting at him.

In the morning, Mike did not bothered talking about last night conversation, because he knows he will just turn a deaf ear. So they just walked peacefully into their classroom.

Their class teacher came into the class so they stood up and greet, but they surprisingly saw him with a young, beautiful girl.

She is their age mate, so they were surprised to see her register this late.

She has both navy blue and black hair, mostly navy blue, pink lip, royal blue pupil, she look weak outward but very confident, and her aura is quite strong.

This is a new student transfered here, from Adam school, her parents brought her here mainly because according to them she is special and they want the best for her, that why they brought her to one of the best school.

She's your new classmate Daniel said plainly.

Introduce yourself, he said.

My name is Agnes Murray, am 10 years old, nice to meet you , she said with a smile.

What the name of your power, Daniel asked quite curious.

Water, she said with a small bow.

Very well, let's go and check your result in the machine.

He told her, how to use it and when she did, it brought out all her details,

Strength - 80

Perception- 70.8

Level - 10.6

Almost John's result but John has made a recent break through, which means he is higher than her.

Not bad, Daniel complimented.

Thanks teacher, she answered with a small bow.

Then Daniel took her back to the class after he had given her uniform and her room.

John follow me, Daniel said.

John did as he said and followed him.

All of the students where wondering what's happening. So they went after them.

To everyone surprise, it's the combat room, with Agnes and John on the combat stage.

Begin, Daniel said.

Agnes does not underestimate John because she could sense that he is quite powerful.

His strength and level is high than her, her perception is higher than his so she could sense it but doesn't know the exact details, cause he is stronger than her.

John too does not underestimate her, he knew that if she near him, he is done for, because she could use water to block his mouth and nose, making him unable to breath, so he stayed far away from her, but before he knows it she flew in the air using water to fly, controlling water blade towards him.

She does not want to wasted time before she throw him out of the combat, or else she will be the one being thrown out.

John stood calm, even though the iced water blade was very sharp and fell like rain, he still remained calm. He also controlled air, like a tornado, making her water blade not to near him.

She was quite surprised but didn't give up yet, she wanted to near him but she can't because of his air was much, so she came down because it's stupid if she keep on attacking, because it didn't meet him.

Then she started controlling water like octopus, with a water shield, covering her , looking like an octopus, then she started shoving around the air until she got to him and then surrounding him making his air to be weak by freezing the whole combat stage.

Students started muttering..

He is done for.

How is she so powerful?

Do you think he is going to win?

I don't think he will.

She is so cool.

Many students started gossiping, who exactly is going to win, while some think Agnes has won because she already has the upper hand.

Of course my bro will win, he will never be beaten by a girl, Mike said optimistically.

You wish, Sarah replied him.

Even Daniel was quite interested.

John has beaten many students easily, so it wasn't quite fun, except from Sarah and Mike, and some others.

But he is interested in the both of them because they are both strong.

They could now feel the power that is coming from the stage, they could feel the pressure and how powerful they are together, if they both allies in a real combat then they winning against their age mate might be sure.

Other teacher can feel it too, so can their students. While those in the combat room feel heavy pressure.

Teacher and some students followed where the power is coming from, then they saw that it was from 1a combat room because it was stronger there.

All classes were done with their classes except from 1a, some feel it too so some student join the remaining students that were there, while teacher entered but students looked at the transparent door to see the show, the door was big enough but those who came late were regretting, because they couldn't see clearly.

There were like four teachers there except Daniel.

But what they saw shocked them.

The power that they were feeling is coming from these two kids, which surprised them greatly.

The elders also were drawn by the strange power, even though it was nothing to them they were still curious who was behind it, because they know that teachers can't be fighting especially at school, because it will teach bad morals to the students.

The eight elders entered 1a combat room, and saw two familiar faces, they all smirked.

The teachers there gave a small bow to the elders including Daniel, and every students both outside and inside the combat room.

One of the teachers gave the elders sit to sit on, and they all continued to watch the show.

Agnes face turned pale, even though she is using all her powers she still can't stop his air or weaken him. John on the other hand has seen an opening, and he doesn't lose such opportunities.

Agnes has surrounded him and keep weakening his air which made his air a little bit weak, but she still can't see an opening, she gritted her teeth as she continued but this time she made water like that of a tornado, and then remained her octopus state, then keep freezing the air.

This time there is two tornadoes, water and air, those watching where confounded.

John smirked, then he inflicted a strong aura, the one that is more powerful than Agnes, blocked her attacks, then made a strong wind.

The both of them aura, was so strong and powerful that if a any human were there, the human will lead to instant death. The strong aura reached class 2 & 3 but it's not really strong in class 3.

John carried Agnes up with the wind, while Agnes immediately lost control of herself because she is in the air, she wanted to use her power but the wind was too strong. Then she slowly found herself out the combat stage, and on the floor.

She has lost, she knew that, and was willing to accept and learn, more and become more powerful. Even she has never lost in her former school, she knew that in life one must learn more, because no one was perfect. She has great respect for John now, not because he didn't hurt her but because he is powerful than her.

John finally got down and then walked towards her. It nice to meet you, my name is John Lincoln, let's learn more from one another in the future, he said while reaching out his hand to assist her up.

Him too have respect for her, he liked her determination and unwillingness, he himself he's cunning, especially in combat, he will observe his opponent very well, before he makes a move, so he will know his opponent next move and then create an opening

Agnes too is cunning but not as John, she is brave and smart, which makes her good in combat.

And again John is stronger than her in strength and level, if not, she might win.

In combat one must be smart and have good perception, without underestimating your opponent but instead know them, then learn from them, no matter who they are afterwards crush them.

Agnes is not proud, she accepted his hand, then nodded, to what he said earlier.
