CHAPTER 6: OVERALL WINNER.

Sarah is getting exhausted, but her perception is as sharp as ever, while Mike's strength is stronger than her's.

Sarah fire is getting weaker because of she is exhausted, they have been fighting for hours now.

Mike is exhausted too, but his endurance surpass her's, he is even surprised how she can she stand , even though he noticed her fire is wearing out, her power is still as strong as before, her perception is what give her a upper hand, while Mike's perception is not as sharp her's, but his strength surpassed her's which gave him too a upper hand against her.

Mike is looking for an opening, to bounce on her.

Maybe when she is weak enough, then I can strike, Mike thought with a mischievous smile. He just wants to get it over with, he himself is already weak, he is just enduring the pain underneath

Sarah is already wearing out , and she knows it.

She use her fire to fly , and begin to attack him with flames of fire, she weak but she gritted her teeth and continued, she want to send bim out before she collapsed.

Is she crazy? Mike thought, he was already happy before because she is weak, that he will have an opening to take her out of the combat stage, but she is now like an hungry tigress, that wants to consume him.

He kept shielding himself with his earth , he can't dodge, or else he wil roast to ashes, all he could do now is to hide under his earth rock.

I can't keep hiding forever, I have to do something, Mike said.

He then stood up and use his earth to guide himself, he wanted to counter-attack, but he figured out that the fire is wearing, until it totally worn out, she must be tired.

Mike said with a smirk, now it pay back time, Mike laughed in his heart.

But then he noticed that she is falling, she must have really stressed herself that she collapsed, Mike thought with worry.

I have to do something, he immediately act fast, and made a bridge with earth.

The combat room is large, and big, talk less of the stage made for fighting.

Sarah is falling from more than hundred feet away from the ground, although she will not die but even the pills that they are taking has a limit, she will at least sustain a slight injury even with pills, meaning she won't be able to walk for few days, but if she take the pills regularly then it will only take her a day to heal, but if it was an ordinary human, all the human all the human bones will be broken to pieces. She might be Mike opponent but she is not his enemy.

Although the healing pill is great, it's still has it's limit, and without it, she will be crippled for a few days or months because of her power.

She really flew too high that her head almost reached the rooftop, her reason is that so Mike won't be able to counter- attack her, but she is too exhausted that she collapsed.

Mike was climbing the stairs he made out of earth until he caught her, He hold her till he got to the ground.

Many students signed in relief, but when they saw her in Mike's arm, their mind switched .

Students started thinking of another thing.

Are they dating ? A student asked.

Is that why he took it easy on her while they were fighting.

They thought maybe he took it easy on her, not knowing he did it out of the respect he has for his opponent.

Mike is the real man, another commented.

Real, or stupid, what if she won.

That's why I said he is a really man, he took it easy on her and he still won.

What are you guys talking about, they are still kids, you don't know maybe he did it not because he is nice but he is not like you guys who are cold hearted. This time it is a female students but before they could reply her, they heard a strong intimidating voice.

Instead of you to be your friends keeper, you are here estimating rubbish, what do you think you're, an adult ?, that you can be dating, what should be in your mind now is how you can pass to the next class and that's you are here, not to be dating. And again would you love if you mates got injured or died, even though she can't die because of pills, she can still sustain injuries . And again he wasn't taking it on her they are combative matched, what gave him the upper hand is that is strength and endurance is more than her's. In combat ones must not underestimate your opponent, or they will use it on you. The finals will begin soon, in five minute. All of them felt chill run down their spine, so they kept shut.

Mike took Sarah out of the stage not caring about what his class mate said, while Daniel gave him and her the pill.

Sarah has already woken up by the time Mike carried her out, so she took the pill their teacher gave her .

If he had not caught her, she would have been paralyzed for a day or more if she used healing pills regularly, even though it's a day, she won't want to go through the pain, so she's grateful.

no problem, Mike answered.

Five minutes after, Mike has already regained his lost energy.

So they both worked to the stage.

They all know that John and Mike are friends so it's not new.

Thirty minutes later.

For thirty minutes now they have been counter - attacking each other, and it's very hard to get close to him because of his earth, and Mike is so overprotective of his body especially his face, even though John is getting the upper hand, he is still unable to push him out of the stage. John who was looking for an opening finally saw one and he made his move.

Mike screamed while pleading.

Argh, Mike landed on his butt.

John answered with a smile, and said, did you break any bones.

Mike shut his mouth up.
