The Alphas' Chimaera

I set off the plane utterly exhausted and very much overwhelmed by the New Mexico heat. "Kass we must hurry, George is waiting outside." my Father urged George was an old friend of my parents from when they still lived with the pack, i haven't seen him since i was five. "Hey Freddy!!" a mid aged looking man who i could only assume to be George, shouted my fathers nickname. " Hey there George" my father greeted hugging the man. "George its been so long!" my mom said excited while take her hug from the man. "You haven't aged a day Regina." he said causing my mother to blush. " Kassandra! Wow have you grown! the last time i saw you, you were about this high." he said swinging his hand low to knee height. " You wouldn't remember me but i use to watch you when you were a pup" i smile at this familiar stranger. "Lets hurry up Alpha is having a small dinner to welcome you guys back." George said throwing our luggage into the back of his truck. My father takes the front seat and my mother and I jump into the backseat. "Go ahead and take a nap if you need to. It's going to be a good 2 hour drive to the pack house and there isn't much to see but dirt and yucca." my mother whispered to me. i nodded and got comfortable leaning my door and soon drifted to sleep. ***************************************** I awoke with a jolt and inertia sending forward as my seat belt caught me before i hit the seat in front of me. I whipped back into my seat hard positive I have whiplash from the pain in my neck. i look up and try to figure out what had happened. my mom was unconscious in the seat next to me and George and my father where out of the car. i unbuckled and stepped out of the truck to find a giant wolf, bigger then i have ever seen five feet in front me staring me down. i couldn't take my eyes off him and slowly backed up until my back was pressed against the truck. The giant black dog stalked closer to me growling.  I tried my hardest to disappear in the paint job of the vehicle. The closer he got the harder i tried to shut my eyes hoping that the age old saying of "If i can't see you, you can't see me" rang true. i could feel his breath on my face and feel the saliva on my face he snarled.  "Please..." i try to plead with the beast but it was almost as if he was laughing at my cries. I can no longer hold my tears back. 'This is it, i won't live to be six teen or meet my wolf.' i thought to myself come to face with my inevitable end. A loud howl erupted from the side of me distracting the beast that was taunting me with in seconds i heard a loud thud and when I opened my eyes the beast was no longer in front of me but 20 feet to left on the ground with an even larger wolf standing over him. He was pitched black with a white face and streak that went from the top of his head down to the tip of the tail. i was completely memorized by this larger beast. I have never seen a wolf as beautiful as him. Then out of no where i felt a huge pain in my head and the wold faded the black as I hit the grass below.
