He hadn't even known what was happening. They'd walked in to find Caspian lying on the bed. He'd told them to keep watch before passing out. Evan didn't have the chance to ask what he was doing or who the woman was. He tried to talk to her but she rendered them unconscious and the next thing they knew, they were back at the Prime Howlers. In the cage opposite theirs, Saige and a few warriors stared at them with eyes full of surprise and expectation. He knew what they were thinking and felt sorry to disappoint them.
