you are a brave blueberry

Blueberry is finally 20 today and he's outside with his wooden sword. His Mom is watching and clapping. She claps happily even if her hands might be tired. Blueberry been outside with his Mom for hours. Mom had her basket. Mom: come on, blueberry. we have blueberries to pick for my pie. it's gonna be better this time because I bought cinnamon and whipped cream for a special filling inside. Blueberry: I never doubt your cooking even if it's a bit weird at first. in the end, I always liked your food. They both picked blueberries for a couple hours. Blueberry looks over and realized that his Mom looks a bit tired and worn out like a Rottweiler chewing on a small ball. Mom is turning 55... Mom went down on her knees and got more berries. she felt a sting in her foot. Mom only wore sandals so a spider has bit her. Blueberry was a bit worried so he picked her up and went down the path that leads to the house... Mom ain't feeling so good... Mom: now, now, blueberry... it's only a small sting. spiders here can get scared since we're bigger is all. Blueberry called for a doctor in the town. he was booked.... 1 day passes... Mom's foot was quite swollen. She didn't freak out, though. she was just laying in her bed while waiting for Blueberry to get the warm and damp towel. Blueberry was now scared and tried to call again... he was booked today as well... 2 days pass... Blueberry watched his Mom getting weaker and weaker and yet she still smiles. Mom: I know this is sudden, but... please don't let my death bring you down. I will always watch from above the trees because I am going to be a beautiful hummingbird for my next life. I would never want to see you cry.... but crying is ok if you have to much build up... Blueberry had tears in his eyes. Mom had yellow coming out of her foot and her body was all red. Blueberry tried one more time to get the doctor but it was to late. his last family member passed away minutes before the doctor came in. Blueberry didn't harm the doctor because he knows the doctor saved hundreds more who has gotten bit by spiders. it was black widows. they came to town and bit almost everyone. Soon, it was night. he remembered what his Mom said so he smile and prays for his Mom to fly up without any complications. He had happy tears now that he knows his Mom is in a better place... The next day came and he went out. he thought of something. Blueberry went and got himself a backpack and a iron sword with all the money he had left. he's gonna fulfill his dream of being an all known adventurer hero! he went home and got his rest by sleeping early and waking up early. he packed up a pocket knife, matches, and he packed up some bread and ham for sandwiches. he put a picture of him and his Mom in the backpack as well. soon, he went outside and waved to the house. Blueberry: i'll miss this house... but mom wants me happy and I won't let this house stop me! it's old anyways.... He went to town square and asked people for ideas. none were good like "mowing the lawn for money" but he didn't want money... they all still think Blueberry is 17 because nobody went to his birthdays. if no one is gonna help then he'll make one himself... He looks at the trees... he thinks for a moment... Blueberry: I'm gonna climb up and get a crystal from Mount Crystal. It's in the woods and only the top notch's can get into the mountains crystal cave. He ate a sandwich and went into the woods... it was only sunrise still so he had all day to get there. Blueberry was intimidated by how long he walked away from his home town but kept going and going. he went on for hours and only 2 to 3 drops of sweat fell off his face and to the ground. Blueberry sat to take a break. he looks up and sees a hummingbird near him. The hummingbird is what his Mom wanted to be so maybe it's that one! he waves and gave the hummingbird a flower from the ground to drink nectar. Blueberry: I must go... fly safely little hummingbird... Blueberry stood back up and went on to his adventure. those crystals in Mount Crystal's cave are decorations for the rich. each so called "decoration" will cost 120 tokens each. that's enough tokens to get 5 T-bone steaks at a 5 star restaurant... Blueberry got out of his thoughts once he sees that it's sunset. He thought there was more time. he didn't bring a camping set or anything. Blueberry: I'll keep walking in the dark. the owls and crows won't hurt me.. the coyotes will just run away and I have a knife for protection... He went on in the dark... it wasn't actually that dark... there was so many fireflies dancing in the air. the lights twinkled like stars. Blueberry used the fireflies like a flashlight and kept going... The tree leaves get thicker as the woods turn into the forest. The fireflies look better here than in the woods a little while ago. suddenly, he forgot something. he only got protection... he doesn't have any bandages or medicine in case he does get hurt! Blueberry: oh... I forgot some things... guess I was to excited, hehe. Blueberry went on again and got some leaves and vines to use incase he does get hurt. his plan was to tie the vine around the leaf on the wound to stop bleeding. we all know wolves can smell meat and blood... but they aren't around obviously.. he ain't hurt yet! and the keyword is "yet".
