Chapter 19“Good morning, chica,” Lillian said as she came into the bedroom with two mugs of coffee. “How are you feeling this morning?” “I don’t know,” I said as I took the mug she handed me. “I’ve got a headache.” “I don’t doubt it,” Lillian said.
