I'm not going to survive the year let alone a week. That is unless I get lucky and he puts fire ants inside his pants to bite his ass and tap out from this mutual feud between me and Julian. God, I wanted to kill him more than I wanted to die of embarrassment from the buzzing hallway. I set myself up the moment I agreed to go back to this godforsaken town. The door of the empty classroom swings open, letting a stream of light from the fluorescent bulbs shine their way to my feet. Ayla comes careening through, eyes adjusting to the dim glow of the room.
