Ancestral African practice for many centuries has been the order of the day through customs and traditions at which every native tribes have their own family and ancestral pattern to follow there is more than what the television has portrayed most African tribes and nations foundation are built on oath and black magic ancient vodo  .   in the Early 1600s  many were poor the orphans in those days were left to die without any care or help for they were said to be a virus and bad luck for their community their where subjected to live at a shelter for slaves who worked for Arabs called mwarab centre there was once a child headed family that consisted of two sisters and a brother the three siblings worked in rich people's farms the elder brother was always so controlling he wanted everyone adhere to his ways of thinking. So Tonga went on a journey to seek for extraordinary treasures out of selfishness he went to consult the most feared wizard shishi , shishi had no family since he sacrificed his children to bena bushe idol clan" a clan that worship goats and conducted blood sacrifice "for the clan  was so powerful in those days for it was the only one allowed to summon spirits from from hell  , so Tonga made an appointment to meet with the wizard shishi of was twelve in the afternoon he  paid a visit to shishi  he explained what he needed for the family to be back in the community as a respected family to be feared and loved so as to have people  worshiping them shishi told Tonga to come back the following morning with his two sisters to start and complete the process . So Tonga went back at the shelter to discuss the matter at hand   ,shishi celebrated for he had grown tired of the clan and its conditions he was waiting for an opportunity like this one to pass over the magic to an ignorant family that was desperate for power for the magic was a non profitable clan all it caused was trouble for shishi had been Shane from the community by the sibuku" meaning village headman" banned from all tradition celebrations  in mumbwa nangoma village. Having reached to mwarab shelter he found his sisters Linda the youngest and olipa who were preparing water to bath  for Tonga  he immediately rushed to them in joy finally twapusuka"saved"our lives are about to change by this time tomorrow we are going to have wealth all your heart desires will be at our command olipa was so happy for she had dreamt of the day when money and power will be hers ,Linda questioned her brother for sh was not comfortable with sudden power  her only dream was to have a good hardworking man that will love and take care of her family she tried to oppose the ideal but traditional could not allow a woman for that matter the youngest to challenge a man's order . The next morning Tonga  and his two sisters left to meet shishi at his home upon reaching the farm shishi was so excited that he prepared a bouquet for the trail he treated them like his own children, Linda  was so happy that she wished he adopted her. The wizard served them a delicious soup not knowing that he mixed with his own blood and a charms the siblings ate with joy upon finishing their meal Tonga asked for the hidden treasure and power he was promised "hahahahaha" the wizard laughed  I have already given you the treasure and its power  please follow me outside I hand over the box of luck they all went outside behind his house there was three little bowls in them were lizards  shishi got a  White goat and killed it then splashed the blood on the sisters and gave some in a bowl for Tonga to drink . Shishi instructed the trail to never forget feeding the lizards and give them all they need if they are to become rich and power the siblings adhered days and months went by there was nothing that came out from what they obtained they subjected themselves to ancestral dance ritual communicated with dead just to appease the gods they terrorised the village with their vodo for every day the lizards grow stronger but their lives never changed it became a curse a baden to bear they tried all but nothing was working to silence the monsters they created they visited all sought of sagomas but nothing until one day the can to an agreement of what to do that evening they summoned the lizards to ask what they really needed the lizard came out from the calabash demanded the blood of their offspring once they have their own families the three agreed to the conditions so the lizards disappeared for a little while. Thirty six years later Tonga was married with ten kids , Linda was also with one child and four grand daughters had moved to a different village and olipa was now married to a Miner with two kids the siblings forgot about the past so one day Tonga sent a message to his sisters for them attended a family reunion little did they know that the blast from the past was about to Hunt them the sisters and their families went for a family reunion that very month of June was day their clan celebrates the  new moon festival and ancestral pattern worship a day the dead are awakens and children below the age two are killed to make pillows for the dead the families reached the village celebrations were every where. For bena bushi clan had their initial and uplifting celebrations  the village was like s*******r house the Chief and headmen were all in purification pots the dark moon was passing and lightening was striking the ground awakening the dead and the beasts of the clan . Upon seeing his sisters Tonga rushed to them  they were so happy  before they could enter the hut lighting striked ten of Tonga's children  before he could he look behind his cattle was devoured by the the lizards that awken from hell to fulfill the agreement for Tonga could not believe he cried and cursed the gods for neglecting him till finally a giant lizard that looked like a Python stood "foolish mortals do you think we forgot about our agreement we are here to claim what belongs to us   Your offspring are mine your sons for sacrifice your daughters for our wives olipa s two sons run from the place , but Linda's grand daughters refused to subject themselves  to such nonsense and challenged the lizards ,Tonga was so afraid that he started pleading on behalf of the girls silence can't you see that our family is in trouble we need to work together I called you all out here so that marriage ceremonies can take place between you and them your parents are aware of this why do you think you are here so one of Linda's grand daughter pasha convinced the three for she had a plan . After agreeing the lizards were amazed now there was calmness in the village so they all went in to get ready for the festival the grand daughters looked so amazing they called the sagoma to marry them to the three lizards they exchanged their vows pronounced as married women at the age of twelve  as per tradition they were to let one lizard to open a way for mortals and spirits s****l practices the four daughters were made to lay on the mat awaiting for the elder lizard to have s*x with them, little did the three daughters know that pasha had a knife with her under the mat the elder lizard came with a s****l appetite he decided to start with pasha as he was trying  to get on to of her she immediately stubbed the lizard with a knife on its Head the lizard screamed pasha told everyone to get up and help killing the lizard they all assisted till it was dead little did the know that killing the lizard was amounting killing their grand parents and the other lizards. When the came out of the house the saw dead bodies of their grand parents the sky become clear there was peace for the clan and its covenant had been broken . Though  peace had been restored there where so many dead bodies to be buried. Anything that God never created  expires traditions and customs are good but when they are used for wrong reasons it becomes a dark craft that has separated many families today in Africa due to unclean spiritual practices and the younger generation is upraising against.
