-Theo POV-
Faleen took off her clothes and dove into the water with me and instantly changed.
I loved seeing her siren form. She was so exotic and pure. Her emerald scales gleamed in the water.
"Well...are we going or what?" she asked.
I dove in front of her and changed into a siren myself.
She looked over at me and leered.
I winked at her,"You know so we're on an equal playing field just in case you decide to stab me again,"I said and she scoffed and swam in front of me down the tunnel. The tunnels weren't narrow so we both could fit.
I followed her through the tunnel until we came out on the other side and Cascadia swam in-between us headed for the surface.
Faleen raised her eyebrow at me and I shrugged my shoulders and nodded my head upwards to signal to follow Cascadia.
We reached the surface and above gleamed purple crystals and the water was clear.
I found this place when I was just a boy and had decided to keep it to myself but I wanted to share it with her. Faleen made me want to tell her things I'v never wanted to tell anyone before.
My fears, my plans for the future which unbeknownst to her, she was going to be in.
I wanted her to be in my future.
Faleen made her way to the shore and shifted back. I stayed in the water just watching her as she stared at the cave. The cave was huge, the water took up half the space but left just enough for a shore line.
She was smiling and she started to roam the shore. I liked seeing her smile, it brightened her whole demeanor but I kept finding that my eyes always roamed her body, navigating every curve and mapping out the places I wanted to caress.
She had dimples at the small of her back which were showing as she walked, which were oddly satisfying to me. An sudden urge tingled up my spine and gathered in my loins...
It was like I craved being alone with her. She was like a drug for me and I was highly addicted.
She looked back towards me now," Are you coming up on shore?!'She yelled and I nodded in replied. I had to calm myself down before my urges overwhelmed me.
Jesus she had no idea what she does to me...
I slowly made my way up shore and Faleen was now sitting on a high ledge watching Cascadia jumping in and out of the water. She liked her little water acrobatics.
"I'm glad you enjoy her,"I said close behind her now. Her scent reminded me of the Sea..when your on the shoreline with the waves crashing at your feet.
I inhaled her scent and felt a shiver of warmth all over my body.
She didn't turn towards me. She just kept staring at Cascadia.
"I do enjoy her, she's so elegant...I could watch her for hours." Faleen said with a soft voice and put her knees up to her chest and leaned her chin in between them.
"How did you create her?" she asked and turned her head towards me, her eyes full of wonder.
I smiled, I liked that she wanted to know how I did these things. She was like an ever curious child.
"I made her from a pearl my mother had given my father before she passed away. Father had given it to me and I made Cascadia from it," I replied looking over at Cascadia jumping around in the water.
I caught Faleen smiling at me at the corner of my eye. I looked back at her and got lost in her eyes. They held a sort of wildness to them but yet she had a glimmer of innocence.
She was so close to me, my pulse was racing and my palms were starting to get sweaty.
Faleen's eyes dilated and I could see her starting to blush and she quickly turned away from me and back to watching Cascadia.
I got up and started to walk towards the chest I kept on the shoreline full of clothes. I didn't have anything for women specifically but I had a long shirt that would cover her.
I walked back with a bundle of clothes in my arms and saw that Faleen was gone.
I felt my stomach drop and my breath quickened as adrenaline pumped through my body. I dropped the clothes and ran towards the ledge.
Oh no..
"Faleen?!" I yelled over the ledge but I didn't see her or Cascadia and my thoughts started to run rapid.
I ran my fingers though my hair and tried to catch my breath. She couldn't of gone far...and Delilah didn't know anything about this place so hopefully she was still here and hadn't gone to find Luna..
"You don't have to yell," Faleen's voice echoed from below, hearing her voice gave me back the breath I had lost.
I looked over the edge and saw Faleen climbing down the rocks to the water and Cascadia was waiting for her.
"Damn it don't do that Faleen!" I yelled down to her but she ignored me.
I fell to my knees and held my hand over my chest which felt like it was about to burst...
Jesus now I knew how Luna felt...
-Luna POV-
I grunted and stomped down the hall.
Great...now I had lost both of them. Theo must of taken Faleen somewhere and if she was with him she was safe.
"That sneaky son of a-" I took a deep inhale through my nose and exhaled long and slow.
No I would not call him that no matter how difficult he is.
I decided to tend to my herb and flower garden to relieve some of my stress. The dome had a green house where I kept most of my herbs.
Taking care of them gave me a sense of peace.
My feet started to pick up the pace and I turned quickly to the garden doors and burst through them.
"I'm home my lovelies!" I sang out loud to them.
My roses were first for me to greet and I stroked their soft fragrant petals and moved on to tend to the rest of my babies.
I filled up the watering can and proceeded to water them.
The green room wasn't much bigger than the unit rooms I cared for people in, but I liked it that way.
I put down the watering can and put on my leather gloves for my next babies and these were deadly.
I called them my "Deadly buds" but they were still my babies and I cared for them just like I did the rest...just with more precaution.
I walked up to the black wood door that had a rose with wilting petals on it, I thought it was a good representation of what was held beyond the door.
My heart jumped at the thought of seeing how big they've gotten.
I went to open the door but it was already cracked open...
This door was always closed unless I opened it and this was the first time today I had been here.
I opened the door and it gave out a long creaking sound. My senses were on high alert, my eyes looking for anything that had been moved or disturbed.
I slowly closed the door behind me and took a look at my bubs. They didn't seem to be messed with in any way. I placed my hands on my hips and scratched my head. Why in the world was the door opened?
I started to walk back to grab the watering can and decided to check one more thing. I walked to the farthest corner of the green house to check one more of my plants, and as I got closer the smaller the plant looked until I was up close to it. It had been trimmed of its berries and most of its leaves.
My eyes widened and I took a sharp inhale.
My hands started to tremble. Someone had taken parts of my most poisonous plant in the green house.
My Belladonna plant...
