His Birthday

I woke up and went to take the dog outside. Then I went upstairs to start getting ready. I put on some nice blue jeans and a nice flowy shirt. I did my make up then went downstairs and fed the dog. after that we put all the puppy stuff in a box for Ross to take.
"He's gonna be here soon." My brother told me.
"Okay." I say and sit on the counter.
I hear his car door and I pick up the puppy and hold it in my arms waiting for him to come in. He walks in and at the same time me and Flash say "Surprise! Happy Birthday!"
He sees the puppy and his eyes widen and brighten with happiness. "Oh my god! You got me a puppy?!" He says shocked.
"Yup! And everything you need for him! It's from us and Jacob!" I say happily.
He walks up and i hand him the puppy. "Awwww, thanks guys." He says happily.
"So, what are you gonna name him?" Flash asked.
"Hmmm...." He thinks for a moment "I'm gonna name him Ryder." He says.
He takes the puppy and it's stuff home and then him and Flash went out with some of their friends. I went to my friends house to get ready together.
I got to Lillie's and went upstairs, it was me, her, and Angel. We got our dresses out and our make up. I had a light blue dress with a gold belt that has a gold bow on it and a golden design on the chest area and the end of the dress. It was a short dress that was above my knees and was strapless. Lillie had a gold dress and I picked out Angels dress, a purple dress. We all wore short dresses.
We did each others hair and make up, then got dressed. Those girls always take forever, they love to take their sweet time. It took us 3 and a half hours to get ready. After we got ready we went to the ceremony hall.
We walked in and a lot of guys were staring at us.
'I guess it's cause your all really hot.' Abby said.
'Yeah especially you, I bet all these guys like you.' Cia added.
'Haha, thanks guys.' I said.
"Hey Ash, you look amazing." Blake said.
"Thanks Blake, you look handsome as well." I said with a smile.
He started looking at me with lust.
'Ugh he's totally eye raping you!' Abby yelled.
'Well you really can't blame him, I mean look at her!' Cia squealed.
'Yeah but still! Ash be careful! You should stay away from boys!' Abby said seriously.
'Stop being so strict! Let her live her life the way she wants to! She'll be fine, she's tough!' Cia scolded her.
'Thanks Cia, but you two need to calm down.' I say and block them out as they argue with each other.
Later the Alpha starts to speak, starting the ceremony. "Thank you all for coming! My son will now be turning 18 and will be taking over soon, once he finds his mate, which we are all excited for! We hope he finds her soon!" Then he starts some kind of process for whatever reason I don't know, I don't really pay attention. Then suddenly I smell the most amazing smell. It smells like a waterfall, mixed with the forest and roses. It's the most amazing thing I've ever smelled.
I walk out the ceremony hall and go outside. What's that smell? Then suddenly I smell the worst smell ever....Rouges! I start looking around as I turn to run back inside and warn everyone, but when I turn around there's a huge wolf in front of me, it's the Rouge!
I immediately take a step back and it starts growling and running towards me. I turn around and start running, but I'm not fast enough. It jumps on me and I go crashing to the ground as it bites me in the shoulder and I scream in agony. I try getting it off me, nut every move causes it to just bite harder. I scream as it bites my ribs and I hear cracking as my ribs break. I lay there crying and screaming in pain and things start to go dark. I hear growling before things finally go completely dark as I pass out.
(Ross's POV)
I follow the amazing smell outside, but when I get outside I hear screaming and smell a Rouge. I immediately I take my cloths off and shift as I run towards the wolf. What I see is horrible, there's a Rouge on top of Ash biting her ribs and it had bitten her shoulder, she's covered in blood and can't get it off.
A loud growl rumbles through the forest coming from me and she had passed out. I immediately attack the rouge, biting its neck and ripping it off of her. I rip its throat out and drop it. As it lays there dead I shift back and get dressed. I run over to Ash and hold her in my arms as I mind link my parents and Flash. I pick her up and run to the Pack House and take her to the hospital wing.
When I get there Doctors come out with a hospital bed and I lay her down on it and there roll her away to take care of her. I was standing there worried as hell.
'She's my mate....this can't be...She's Flash's little sister, he'll kill me!' I thought worriedly.
'He can get over it!' My wolf growled.
'Shut up!' I yelled and blocked him out.
Flash came running in crying. "Where is she?! Is she okay!? What happened?!" He asked grabbing me by the shoulders.
"They took her in, I don't know. I smelled a Rouge and saw it on top of her outside, it bit her shoulder deeply and bit her ribs, breaking them and she passed out so I attacked it and killed it. I brought her here immediately and contacted you and my parents." I told him honestly and sadly.
"Oh my god....this can't be happening!" He said as he slid down on the floor against the wall with his knees to his chest and put his head in his heads as he cried.
I crouched down and hugged him "Don't worry she'll be okay....she's tough, she'll make it." I said to him soothingly and comfortingly even though I'm not so sure myself, but I hope I'm right.
