"W-what?" He choked, I couldn't tell whether he was about to cry or get angry so I squeezed his hands.
"We have to find your mother," I said, he gave me a look I couldn't read.
"Why would you help since you went through so much just to kill her? And what makes you believe she will help?" He snapped, he was mad yet he had glassy eyes, "what even makes you sure she has that power? That's not something to lie about with me Raven!"
