*Strangers POV*
we've been walking and running for hours now and we finally made it to a little village. 'She should be safe here' Jack mind linked me as we walked through the little village's streets. I saw a old lady making dinner for herself and told Jack that's the house through the mind link. as we walk I kept wondering if we're doing the right thing for our little Lizzy... Jack noticed and comfort me by squeezing my hand a little bit. as we reached the old lady's front door we set Lizzy down on the doorstep and said our last goodbyes and I rang the doorbell. as I heard the old lady come closer to the door, we we're in an instant around another corner a bit farther away.
from where we could see the old lady called and no one answered and then Lizzy giggled a little and I had to stop myself from walking to her and taking her back, and the tears from coming. the old lady gasped and picked her up and shhhsing her. she then turned around and took Lizzy with her and closed the door. I then knew we had to get away from here as vast as possible, so I made us vanish into thin air, like we never came...
*Granny's POV*
I'm humming to myself then all of a sudden the doorbell rang. 'how could it be this hour?' I ask myself, because I know it's almost impossibly 11 o'clock. as I made my way to the door I kept wondering... as soon as I opened the door I saw absolutely no one. weird... but the I heard a little giggle I looked down and saw a little, giggling, beautiful baby girl. my heart melted and I embraced her and shhhsed her while I called but no one answered. I looked around but saw no one... weird, I thought. I turned around and walked inside, well guess I'll be having kids after all...
I never got married because I couldn't have children so I made piece with me dying alone, but guess my prayers have been answered. so that night I made that little, baby girl promise, I will protect you with my life and help you throw your growth and be like a grandmother to you, but I will not be able to tell you the truth of this night, that I'll leave to your parents.
