Amelia
four weeks after graduation i had my first aultra sound. trisha and kAthy where there...
as we walked into the building there where pictures of babies and children everywhere...it was peaceful setting.
"Amelia wood?" shouted a nurse...
"thats me!" i stated. she showed me into a room and i took a seat on the bed. while she asked questiones on my family history. i tryed to answer as best i could.
then came the doctor...the doctor told me to sit back and said the gel would be cold. i nodded...it was cold.
i gasped but she continued...she was looming and her face was shocked...
"what? what is it?" i asked..
"it looks like yr carrying six kids" she whispered. i gulped and with out warning i passed out...
about am hour i woke up...i seen the nurses, kathy, and Trisha...
"im really having six kids?" i whispred... they both smile an cryed and laughed...
i just shook my head...
i told kathy to give me my phone...
i called a number i thought id never call...
"hi mom....i got news? do u mind going out to eat tomorrow? " i asked her.
"there was silence on the other line...
"Amelia?? she asked shocked. i nodded.
"its?me!"
"where have u been?"
,ill answer your questions just please? how about tomorrow?" i ask.
."yes of course"
"great see you then!" i said as i hang up.
kathy smiled...
"what?" i said..
"yourr grandma is very proud of you right now!" she stated. i smiled.
as we left...about a thirty minute drive.
both kathy and i got dropped off at the apartment. i went to my room and grabbed cloths. then my car keys. its going to take me at least four hours there...
kathy gave me a hugg and off i went.
the drive to home was very slow but commfortble .. to be honest i needed my mom..
as i got to the hotel. i noticed people from my past where visiting. some where coming home from completing college like i did except for a different reason...
i groan when i see dave my ex and supposedly wife barb the cheerleader of the pirates....they make a comical pear.
i went to the reception desk and got my room number. the couple was behind me.
oh did i mention i had short hair all my life growing up...except now my hair is long down to the middle of my back..
barbra noticed me thu...
"well well if it aint miss runaway?" she said sneering. i just turned around and smiled.
"barbra im just here to see my mother!" i said..
"well did u know me and dave are married?" she pointed out the ring on her finger..i sighed.
"im happy for you!" i said smiling.
Barbara just stared at me and off i went.
as i settled into the room i fell a sleep.
the next day me and my mother where going to have lunch.
i was nervouse as i waited for her. i was toiling with my straw when she came in.
She looked at me. she looks so much like me. except a little bit older..
i sighed and got up to give her a hugg. she welcomed it. we sat down.
she must of asked me thirty questions. i told her one at a time.
so she asked me where im living at. i told her i live am appartment with a friend. i also work full time at a bar. and i finish art school with an 4.0 and my art is exquisite. especially my anime...i brought my portfolio. she looked at it her eyes came big.
then i told her of the compition how i won it. but i had to turn it down.
she was shocked and asked why?
"its because I'm pregnant!" i stated with out looking at her.
"ands it no just one baby...its six!" i said in a hush voice. she didn't say anything for a minute. i looked up.
she was crying!
i huryed and stated "the Japanese anime judges said i can go to there company in five years for my anime to hit off!"
she nodded..."six?" she stated...i nodded.
" omg i have to tell yr father!"
"no need i heard everything!" said an upsetting voice. i turned around a male of 5'10 with grey brown hair and blue eyes staired at me. i gulped...
"papa.."
he grabed my portfolios and looked. then looked on the anime the longest.
"not bad!" he stated..i smiled.
"now howed u get your grandmas money with out telling me?"
i lost my smile...
i sighed..
"they only gave to me when i had my highschool diploma..it was in her will... it also said i had to be 18...so i got it!" i mumbled.
i looked up and father was angry...
"that money could have gone...."
" the only time i touched that money was for school..ni worked at a bar for four years so i didn't have to touch it..." he was shocked.
"you barily touched it?" he asked me. i nodded.
he looked at my portfolios again. then looked at my stomach.
"how can u been so stupid? geting pregnant?" he stated.
"she fine hun shes got enough money for the kids and her anime show is being looked at...so there's no harm...!" she said pulling him into a chair.
"so now...how and where you going to raise the children?" she asked.
""well i was going to rent a three bedroom appartment or home!"i said as i drank some tea.
my father huffed..
"well lets go hunting for places tomorrow where are u staying at?
" lintin four drive!" i said. they both nodded.
"lintin is a good place for a home!" her mother stated.
"k will both go and look but first lets go baby shop!" she said squeeling. i laugh and said yes...
" im bound to have one grand child thats a girl and boy..!" she said out loud. i just looked at her like she grown another head.
i just smiled.
my father paid the bill for food and off we went for shopping of life time.
