AS THE white rose's petal falls down to my sister's grave, the rain started to pour. The cold breeze touch my skin and the howled of the people around me became louder. Hinayaan ko na lamang na tuluyan akong mabasa ng ulan at isinaklob ang hoodie na sout ko. "I want revenge." I mumbled, gripping the white rose, pricking all its thorn against my palm. Isang mahabang katahimikan ang naulinigan ko at nagpasya akong lisanin ang sementeryo kung saan kasalukuyang inililibing ang kapatid ko na si Roxanne Hannah Stone. I was about to step further when someone spoke. "Roux," I looked at her. "Where are you going?" I sighed. "House." She walked towards me and smiled. She look like an angel from heaven, showing her dimple cutely she's just staring at me. My forehead furrows when I realize that she is soaking wet. Nagpabasa siya sa ulan? "Samara," ani ko at hinubad ang sout kong hoodie at itinaklob sa kaniya. "You'll get sick." She laughed and took my hoodie off from her, giving it back to me. Her eyes pierced at me, as if she is reading my mind. Hinawakan niya ako sa kamay at dahan-dahan niyang isinubsob ang kaniyang mukha sa aking dibdib. She sobbed until it turns into a loud cry. I tapped her head, comforting her. Samara is Hannah's best friend and she is my girlfriend too. I know, right at this moment, she is in aguish. "I-I miss her, Roux," she cried, clenching my shirt. A sad smile appeared on my lips. "Hannah is happy, wherever she is." She nodded her head. I kissed her forehead and ran my fingers through her hair. We are both soaking wet as the rain keeps on pouring as if it will wash all our pain away. Isang tawag mula sa likuran namin ang nagpahiwalay sa amin at isang tumatakbong lalaki ang lumapit na may dalang payong. "Ma'am! Bakit po kayo nagpaulan? Tiyak na kagagalitan na naman ako ng inyong Daddy." Mangiyak-ngiyak na ani ng bagong dating. Samara smiled sweetly. "Sorry kuya," sumulyap siya sa akin. "..see you at school?" I nods and give her a peck on her cheek. "Take care Anwood." "I love you," she mouthed. Tumango lang ako bilang sagot sa kaniya. Yeah, I never said that three f*****g words to her yet. Why? I don't know.. She waved her hand goodbye, while I turned my back and walk again. I think I can't go to school anymore for the person who killed my sister is still nowhere to be found. If the time comes that I'll see him, I swear to hell that he regret living. Mariin kong ikinuyom ang aking palad at masamang tinitigan ang isang malaking bato. Kumunot ang noo ko nang isang bulto ang tumayo mula sa bato habang hawak-hawak ang ulo. Nakasout siya ng isang costume kung saan para siyang malaking bato rin. She walked towards me with her eyes as sharp as knife. Salitan niyang tinuturo ang kaniyang ulo na bahagyang bumukol at ako. "You!" She shouted. "Bakit mo ako binato!" I raised my brow. "I didn't—" "I didn't," she mimicked annoyingly. "Kita mo 'tong sugat ko sa ulo?!" I bury my hands on my pocket. "Yeah." She blow an air. "Gawa mo 'yan! I was just trying to be a stone—" "Who have her right mind to act like a stone beside a stone?" I shrugged. I smirked as her cheeks blushed. "A-ako!" I shake my head gently and turned my back. Isinaklob ko ang hood ng jacket na sout ko at namulsa. Nagpatuloy ako sa paglalakad ngunit agad aking napahinto nang may bumato sa aking ulo na agad nag-painit ng ulo ko. "What the f**k?!" "Buti nga sa'yo! Napaka yabang mo!" Sigaw nang babae at nahihirapang tumakbo dahil sa sout na costume. "You witch!" I shouted and ran after her. I'm gonna give her what she wants. The moment I reach her, I grab her hand and wrapped it around her waist. Her eyes widened as I lowered my head and in a blink of an eye, I pressed my lips against her. Kissing her. Damn that soft lips. The supposedly smack turn into a torrid one. Her lips taste like strawberry. Addictive and tempting. She pushed me away and give me the first slap I've recieved. "Bwisit kang unggoy ka! Bakit mo ginawa iyon!" She said angrily with her face taint by red. "Not my fault," I answered, looking at her coldly. But my jaw dropped upon hearing her next word. "Eunice Dela Vega ang name ko! Remember that monkey, 'cause you're going to marry me!"
