Chapter 52

Annalisa’s POV

“Good day everyone. I am Annalisa Royal, the true Alpha of Dark Hollow”

“Wait, they said you were dead. I asked the council about you specifically when we were told about your dad. Annalisa, where have you been?” Alpha Mitchell asks

“Hi Alpha Mitch” I wave with a big smile, remembering my dad friend

“On the day of the attack, my dad put me through a fake panel in the Alpha’s office and told me to run. There was a phone in a tree, and I was to send the SOS to Uncle Derrick, then run towards Crystal Lake. I did that but when I felt my dad's death, I could not move as fast, I then fell and bumped my head. I woke up in the hospital at Dark Hollow. I was there for six years before I was able to escape”

“I doubt, after all you have seen, you need additional evidence to replace the council or the packs participating in the s*x trafficking ring. I am going to tell you my story because I want no one interfering in my revenge against Alpha Clarence, his Beta, his son and his Beta’s son. I have my team and enough warriors to take care of Dark Hollow. But I need you to understand for future relations”

“When I woke up in the hospital at Dark Hollow. I was told by Clarence that I was officially a slave. I was lower than the omegas and my job was to help around the packhouse in whatever capacity the lead omega told me to and go to school. I was moved out of my room and put into a storage closet with a bed, dresser and a broken mirror. The first three months were not bad; I would get pushed, slapped, extra work, stuff like that. After three months, I was called to the Alpha’s office because he could not get access to my dad’s bank accounts and the pack was running out of money. When I would not give him the information, that’s when the daily beatings and abuse started. I would be tied to a large X in the cells, sometimes stripped and whipped or caned. As I got older, they started using the studded whip, silver whip or the whip with knives at the end. This went on until my 16th birthday"

"If proof of my abuse is needed? There were cameras installed in the dungeon. You can see my uncle to see the footage"

"The day of my 16th birthday, I was punished because I was late coming to the Alpha’s office after school. I was attacked in the bathroom by a group of girls and knocked out, which is why I was late, but he slapped me for trying to explain. The Beta, Vance, was to take me to the cells and whip me 10 times for being late. I was hung from the ceiling and stripped, but before providing that punishment. “The Goddess saved me that day. She gave me my wolf Ruby early and, with the extra strength from Ruby, I was able to get out of Dark Hollow and run to that same tree and send Uncle Derrick an SOS. Luckily, he never gave up on me and my cousin Thane and his best friend Brian were there to save me. They bought me back to Crystal Lake. After multiple surgeries and being in a coma for two months, here I stand.”

“Now that you know my history. Let me tell you about my present. I made elite warrior after six months of training. I was second in my class; with specialties in small weapons, hand-to-hand combat and leadership. I destroyed the cabin that the girls were being held in at Dark Hollow, along with saving six women that day. My team and I captured the man you will hear testimony from known as Mr. Smalls, he was the one kidnapping girls and supplying them Dark Hollow. And I will be going to Dark Hollow next week to end them. Since Dark Hollow is officially owned by my family, I am the rightful Alpha, and will decide what will happen to the pack”

“Annalisa, I support you taking your revenge on Dark Hollow. But you are a female and females are unable to become Alpha’s” Alpha Augustus says

“Why?”

“Why, are females not allowed to be Alpha’s? I don’t know, it’s just always how it has been. The law will have to be changed to allow you to be an Alpha”

“If I am qualified for the position, why should the fact that I have a v****a and not a d**k make a difference? I have been trained by both my dad and my uncle. I have the leadership skills, even more than some male alphas receive. I am born of an alpha bloodline on both sides of my family. I have the strength and fighting skills needed for an alpha. So why can’t I be an alpha?”

There was a lot of mumbling but no answer to my question

“The main purpose of this meeting is for you all to get together and change the wrongs occurring in the kingdom. Add that to your agenda. I am not saying any woman should be an Alpha, just like some men should not be an alpha. But if the person is qualified to hold the position, my s*x organs should not be a factor”

“Okay, I have listened to everything that was said here, and I was onboard until this little girl came out here claiming to be an elite warrior and taking credit for others accomplishments. Then she tells us she is qualified to be an Alpha. I don’t think so” A large Alpha in the back said while he stood up

“I’m sorry Alpha, your name is?”

“I am Alpha Ethan from the Cold Mountain pack. I support your request for change Alpha Derrick and Alpha Xander. I agree it is time to get rid of the corrupt council and we should work together to stop the evil within the kingdom. But I can’t accept that this little girl is who she says she is”

“What do I need to do to prove myself to you Alpha Ethan?”

“Test in what you said your specialties are as an elite warrior; one hand to hand and one in weapons”

“Against you?” I ask

“No, I am over twice your age. How about against my son, Curtis”

“Okay, but if I win, your name will be the first on the petition to allow qualified woman alphas”

“Deal”

“My other warrior specialty training is in leadership. So I will leave you with the video of my team strategizing and then implementing our plan this week. If you are going to judge me, I want to be judged on all my skills. Also, my elite warrior bio is in your binder and I own the exclusive elite warrior tattoo. I’ll go get changed and meet you at the training grounds in thirty minutes. I love a good fight. Thank you everyone for your time”

“I will play the video Anna was talking about, then we will watch the show and after break for lunch. Lunch will be served in the open field adjacent to the training grounds, and we will meet back here at 1:30” Xander says

I leave and head to my room to change. I smile at Tessa as I leave. She winks at me. I love being underestimated, because when I prove myself, the victory is so much sweeter.
