The Witch Wolf

Chapter 2- 18 years later...

"seraphina!! Seraphina!!! wake up now...you're going to be late to start breakfast...you know alpha jackson likes his breakfast by 8am and its 7:10am" judith says shaking Seraphina trying to get her out of bed. Seraphina moans and places the pillow over her head.

"Can't I stay in bed. It's my birthday today after all" she says grumpily. Judith pulls the pillow and the covers off her and drags her out of bed.

"There you go, Happy birthday Seraphina, now get dressed I want you in the at the cafeteria in 10 minutes or else" and with that Judith walks out of Seraphina bedroom closing the door behind her. Seraphina gets up and gets dressed. She yawns as she leaves the cabin and walks to the pack cafeteria.

This was the life of Seraphina:

7am- wake up

7:10am- go to the cafeteria and make breakfast

8am-serve breakfast

9am- school

11:30- go help prepare lunch

12pm- serve lunch

1pm- start cleaning up

1:30pm- go back to school

3:30pm- school finishes, head to cafeteria to clean and prepare dinner

5pm- serve dinner

7:30pm- clean the whole cafeteria

9pm- go home, shower and do homework

11pm- bed

That was her daily routine, even on the weekends she had to do chores instead of school. She didnt have an exciting life. she was pushed around and bullied alot by the other pack members. Worse than what the other omegas were because she was only part wolf. She got through each day though with the help of Judith, who was like a grandmother to her and also with the help of her best friend Lily Clearwater, another omega.

It was 9pm when she had gotten home and as she walked through the door, Judith and Lily were standing there holding a small birthday cake and started singing happy birthday, Seraphina smiled and blew out her candles. Judith handed over a box all neatly wrapped up with a bow on the top, she smiled and stroked Seraphina cheek. "Your mother wanted you to have these, they were hers. I kept them all these years so I could give you something nice on your 18th birthday"

Seraphina smiled and had tears in her eyes, she opened the box and looked at the ring inside and put it on "It fits" she smiled and took out the locket that was in there and opened it. Inside was a picture of her parents. She put her hand to her mouth and tears started rolling down her cheeks "Oh my goddess, it's them. my parents, I have the same eyes as my mum. I can't believe it" she wipes her eyes and smiles and puts the locket on. Lily looks at her and gives her a big hug and says "Hey on the plus side you'll be able to find your mate now and hopefully he'll take you away from here"

Seraphina nods and smiles. Later on, after they had some cake, Seraphina goes up stairs and goes to bed.

The next morning, she gets up, half hour, before her alarm goes off.

"Good morning Seraphina" says Sierra, Seraphina wolf.

"good morning sierra, you've been quiet over the last few days, is everything alright?" say Seraphina

"Yes everything is great, I can feel that we'll be doing our first shift soon which means we might find our mate soon" Say sierra

"Really? That would be great I can finally see what you look like. I bet you are a beautiful wolf. Anyway we'll talk more about it later. The alpha from the Bloodmoon pack is coming here today to try and find his Luna...and our Alpha had made it clear that everything has to go perfect and I have to stay clear of him and his beta. They dont like witches and me being part witch...not going to go down well so I'm ordered to stay in the kitchen all day." seraphina says as she's getting dressed.

Once she's ready she makes her way over to the cafeteria and started to cook. At 1pm everyone runs out of the cafeteria excitedly and nervously. Seraphina, Lily and Judith stay behind to prepare for the banquet. Judith watches Seraphina preparing the food.

"You know if you keep staring at me we wont finish in time. Is everything ok?" seraphina asks looking at her. Judith smiles slightly and says "Oh you know me, I'm getting old, I just dont want you to go just yet and now you're of age of finding your mate you'll be leaving"

Seraphina smiles and gives her a squeeze "I wont be going anywhere just yet, plus I wouldnt leave without you and lily..." she stops and smells the air " do you smell that. it smells amazing" she follows the scent around the kitchen and out of the cafeteria. "It smells of mint and chocolate"

"seraphina I think this is it I think we're going to meet our mate" sierra says excitedly.

Seraphina walks outside and into the center of the pack town where her alpha and the alpha of the bloodmoon pack were talking. She walks through the crowd smelling the air and looks over to the stage. That's when she looks up towards the stage and meets the gaze of alpha Kaiden Black....
