This story is about a young lady, Melia, who is unfortunately a victim of circumstances.
First of all, her parents due to constant misunderstandings, end up separating, when she is just five years old. This situation is very difficult for the little girl who keeps seeking for her parent's love and affection. She tries the little best she can to reconcile her parents but to no avail. They are too busy fighting and querreling over and over, both in private and in public that they forget the most important being among them, Melia.
It is in this pain, trauma and absence of parental love that the little girl grows. Her only friends and companions are tears and Ria, her classmate and close friend.
The friendship between Melia and Ria is comprised when Marvin, starts developing feelings for Melia. Ria becomes very jealous as just as all the other ladies in her class, she secretly wants Marvin to become her boyfriend, not even out of love but simply because, though a Playboy, Marvin is very handsome and comes from a rich family.
Melia on her part shows no interest in Marvin and Marvin sees this as a challenge and keeps on insisting, asking Melia out.
Marvin meets Melia while she's lost in thoughts and she tells him about her parents deteriorating relationship. He proposes Melia to allow him be a friend and Melia accepts. Though coming with the intention of playing with Melia's feelings, Marvin begins to truely love Melia and she too. Seeing this, Ria decides to do something fast before the situation could get out of hand.
Melia Finally accepts to become Marvin's girlfriend and she happily announces it to Ria, her best friend, not knowing that Ria has interest in Marvin.
Ria succeeds in creating doubts in Marvin's mind, when she tells him that behind Melia's innocent face, is hidden a great p********e. She asks Marvin to test Melia by asking her for s*x, knowing well that Melia would refuse.
Though unconvinced, Marvin decides to invite Melia to his house in the absence of his parents. He ends up r****g Melia as she denies him s*x and to his greatest disappointment, she was still a virgin.
Unable to face Melia, he sends her away and begins to avoid her. He equally denies to pick Melia's phone calls as he felt so bad for what he did to her.
Few weeks later, the poor lady realizes that she's pregnant and with no other option, she decides to tell her parents about her pregnancy. Unfortunately, they chase her away.
Helpless, Melia decides to go to Marvin's house to tell his parents about the pregnancy but at their gate, she meets Ria, who tells her that she's there to visit Marvin due to his absence in school.
Melia tells Ria that she's there to see Marvin's parents and as well, she tells her about her pregnancy and how it all happens, been ignorant of the fact that Ria is actually the cause. Ria tells Melia that it is a bad idea to see Marvin's parent first and that as she's already there, she will inform Marvin, who in his turn will tell his parents about the pregnancy. Convinced and in trust that Ria would do as she said, Melia leaves but unfortunately for her, Ria doesn't do as she said.
Melia sorrowfully finds herself on the street with nothing to eat and with no one to help her and been there, she is robbed and the thieves run away with everything she had including her phone. Marvin tries to call her and apologize but to no avail.
Melia meets an aged beggar who accommodates and feeds her and unborn child until she finally gives birth and dies, without even seeing or touching her bouncing baby girl. The only thing she says before giving her last breathe is "Bright Angel" and that is how they named Melia's baby.
It is only thanks to Melia's secret diary and agenda, that the aged man can call and inform Melia's parents as well as Marvin about Melia's delivery and dead.
Unable to digest the news and shocked, they all rush to the hospital. While there and seeing Melia's lying corpse, they begin to remember everything evil they'd done to her.
Marvin calls his parents and ask them to rush to the hospital, which they do. Once there, he tells them everything that happened between him and Melia and how she died while giving birth to their child.
Ria gets the news of Melia's delivery and dead by another school mate who was at the hospital at that moment with her sick mother, and Ria decides to run away.
Marvin parent's remain very angry with their son for what he did and try to apologize to Melia's parents, who in return, are voiceless and in total regrets.
After Melia's burial ceremony they all decide to concentrate on the little child and take care of her. Bright Angel keeps on growing, looking just like her late mother, Melia, both in physical appearance and in voice but not in character...
